I LIVE IN PA WHICH JUST PASSED THE LAW FOR LEGAL MARIJUANA. HOWEVER IN THIS STATE THERE ARE ALL KINDS OF STUFF IN THE LAW THAT IS STUPID. BUT I REALLY WANT TO KNOW IS CAN I BUY VAPE OIL FROM ANOTHER STATE THAT IS MEDICAL CBD OR WHAT EVER IT IS WITHOUT THE THC?

Well, legally speaking, they want you to be a medical marijuana patient in Pennsylvania and wait until they have dispensaries operating, and even then you will only be allowed to possess and use medical marijuana that you purchase from your approved dispensary. Sure, you could legally purchase what you describe from another state in the meantime, but unfortunately, federal law still prohibits you from crossing state lines with medical marijuana.
