ATMOS Bullet 2 Go Cartridges

I was recently in Denver and picked up an Atmos Bullet 2 Go. Cheap. I am not here to start or finish a debate on Atmos vs . I have what I have. I am just wondering if anyone in the bay area, knows of a medical dispensary in the Bay Area that carries the Bullet 2 Go Cartridges.

If you know of a place, please let me know. Also, doesn't anyone know this vape pen for ability to use other vape cartridges? If I could buy pure gold or some other pre-made I would appreciate it.
