CE/Louis the IVX 420 oil cartridge won't vaporize?

I have 2 CE brand cartridges and it looks like the pens are the same brand? They have a temp adjustment ring at the bottom.

My problem is I can't get the cartridges to vaporize. Yes the pens are charged, both of them, but still nada.

Any ideas or suggestions on how I can get these pens to vape my 420 oil cartridges?

    Your battery and cartridge might be a match thread wise but it's likely the battery connector is not making contact with the cartridge connector. I would focus on that 1st.
