Just purchased my Omicron 2.5 and, as per the instructions, was checking the 2.4 cartridge before filling with wax. The base of the cartridge becomes warm, so I know the heating element is functioning to some extent, though I do not see the element glowing red through the air tube. Is this indicative of a defective cart? Also, if it was d.o.a. is there still no warranty? |
