gentlemen vapes is full of bull

I recently purchased a herb starter kit vape from the gentlemen brand vape co
the cartridges that came with the battery and charger are supposed to
vaporize weed and cold water hash.
but they do nothing like that at all more like burn they shit out of what ever u put in it like you
used a lighter .
then to top it off I send in a request to figure out how to return these pieces of shit
they get the request and send a email saying they'll be I touch in 48 hours or less
that was last Wednesday still ain't heard from them
so for anyone thinking of buying products from them should think twice
there products suck and so does there customer service

the battery is good even though its a regular ecig
with a new style charger from the bottom.

but i pretty much just got screwed 50 bucks for 5 disposable cartridges

i hear ya brotha, gotta stick with the companies that are actually here and supporting. The ones that are not hiding anything. Short cuts just does not work.

in my experience:
ive bought stuff from them 4 times (small and medium orders) the 2nd time my order was messed up i tried emailing but i happened to be on their site and noticed the 'chat' button. they fixed my prob right away and gave me a code for my next order. they gave been good to me so far although sometimes their shipping lags (i guess - it's free )
on the other hand - my buddy broke his executive kit and they sent him a new one no questions asked . that's pretty alright imo

also - those "herb" carts are definitely combusting....they should really update that sheesh

With Gentlemens brand and others similar, they got those plastic carts and batteries from China for so cheap that when yours breaks or doesn't work as advertised, they have no problem giving you another for free. They have still made good money off you and probably calculate in expenses that people will bring them back broken. I think they have close to a 50% return at places that sell them.

Same goes for Omicron and Atmos as their hardware is just as cheap as the brands you mentioned with exception to the cartridges. But batteries and chargers? Yep ..............same as anyone else.

All of your hardware is made in China and you use the same batteries as ALL of the chinese e-cig companies. Same with your chargers. Nice try though

You obviously don't know the fact that they don't even sell the old omicron v1, the one your talking about, or the charger.

That is why they have the v2 and flashlight like batteries, so you can have a pocketfull of batteries without having to recharge.

I don't see why every one is mad about being lumped together....
all these companies are making basically the same product, with different means, and very little is different among the products.
