omicron v.1

ok I need a little help, I have the omicron v.1 and today when i charged my pen everything seemed ok but after the light went green and I remove the pen from the charger and put the cart that i've been using the pen will not heat up at all, I've tried to use other carts tha ta still producing but the heating element doesn't seem to be heating up. Any and all advice would be great. The omicron is only 7 months old and is it dead already?

Hey dub c I live in Patterson, I was in the bay yesterday,I left my pen with my buddy in the bay he has the other pen that we bought in the set of two, We met with you at the cow palace in oct we were having trouble with the pre filled carts that we got in sac. If we can get together I will either drive down to meet with you or my buddy can meet with you for me just let me know, thank you for you time
