What are the cons of making somone you caregiver?

ok so i've been thinking for a couple days, and can't think of any cons except payment. nobody wants to do all the work without reaping any rewards. there are some factors to consider though, like, does this person know how to grow? is this person trustworthy? does this person have children? pets? will your garden be safe? greed will destroy a friendship quickly, so choose wisely. i've had some bad experiences and seen even worse happen to others. it's a beautiful thing when all works out though. good luck!
