This stuff is awesome
All I can say is WOW. Fantastic value for meds that kick you in the pants. While the claim that each caramel is a half dose, I dispute it strongly and would warn you against taking a whole one the first time unless you have the highest of tolerances. Beware. From my experience, a quarter of one caramel gives you a mellow, relaxing experience which I likened to the valium I was once given by my doctor for a small surgical procedure; a half caramel gives a potent, pain-relieving high that still allowed me to function fairly effectively; and the one time I took a full caramel, I was way too blazed to do anything of value for anyone (I am 190lbs if that makes any difference). So for me, taking between 1/4 to 1/2 a caramel from the 13 in the packet for less than $20 gives me between 26-52 doses. This is exceptional value and makes these tasty treats a staple in my medicine cabinet.

Shouldn't complain
I just don't know if edibles are for me. It's always a bit of a crap shoot. And unless you DO overdo it, it's just not all that anything. I guess this one is more Indica, it brings a significant degree of stupor. I took one, thought that, hey, at an hour and a half, it's fairly tame. Took another. One of those potentially memorable "big mistakes".
By a great effort I was able to handle a number of office activities involving copiers, computers, people and cars. But it wasn't a lot of fun, whereas my favorite vapes would have made it a gas. The strange thing is that I felt diminished enough to not bother observing the effects all that carefully. It was just a "wasted" kind of afternoon, no vivid anything. Maybe this is what they mean by "relaxed"? So, it's just not my thing, I guess. Maybe a Sativa would at least throw a little Cerebral Video Circuit overload into the mix.
But a caramel is indeed a solid "half dose", if by "full dose" you mean something like a brontosaurus settling down by your head. So it's indeed fairly economical. [Not quite as much as the Cannabis in Coconut Oil, which in a 4 oz jar (120 ml), contains 24 5 ml teaspoons, each carrying 30 mg of THC. At $40 a jar, that's $0.83 per 15mg dose].
The candy is delicious, with little chunks of nuts, it melts to divine caramel in your mouth in such a way as to suggest another. As in "get it over with, eat 'em all". Don't give in. Do not leave out for guests either, as a friendship is a terrible thing to waste. Do not use to test how obedient your dog is when left alone with a big tempting bowl of yummies on the bed, as you'll never know what he might have been.

Great value. Good for anxiety and depression.
Overall great value!
Dosage:
- 1 Caramel (unless you have a high tolerance)
Onset:
- 45 minutes to 1 hr on an empty stomach
Effects:
- Mood uplifting
- Relaxing/soothing
- Sleepy on the comedown
Value:
- At 18.50 for 13 caramels ($1.42/caramel) these are the most economical edibles at BPG
During the work week, I need medication to control anxiety attacks and ease my insomnia, however I don't need a confused or powerful high, or anything that risks paranoia. 1 caramel leaves me relatively clear minded, but immediately uplifts my mood. It can pull me out of an anxiety attack or soften a bout of depression (sometimes I go from severely anxious to giggly and happy). When it wears off, it often helps my insomnia. I will continue purchasing this product and hope the quality stays consistent, because the batch I just got through was excellent.
