What The Pain Ordered!!! I ate half on an empty stomach and waited about a hour, then took the rest with my tea. That stuff hit like a Train! I slept 6 hours without any waking, and when I did get up, I didn't have any pain in my joints or my back. Just know DON'T LEAVE HOME after medicating! The only thing I'll ever buy for pain again!! GREAT STUFF!
