FULL DISCLOSURE: I have NOT been to the 705 Broadway location that OO previously occupied. Their new location is at 464 7th Street, right around the corner, and that is the location this review is based off.
This location actually eluded me on my first attempt to visit. I wasn't aware of the short hours, and showed up at about 7 only to be turned away by closed doors. The second visit was in the morning, and after a short 10 minute verification wait, I was registered into their system and buzzed in.
The location boasts a vast selection of medicine, with everything on the menus lined up in alphabetical order in a magnified box with airholes so you can see and smell the samples before lining up to purchase. The counter staff were knowledgeable and friendly, as one would expect from an Oakland establishment, and nothing about the experience was rushed. All in all, this place would be perfect if not for the odd hours they keep. Pretty glad that they've upped in size and selection, and will definitely be going back for more of their edibles.
