TKPK Flowerpot

On the recommendation of some trusted sources, I picked up a generous quantity of Permanent Marker. Another name could have been "super creative face melter followed by a warm blanket of inescapable drowsiness" but I guess that strain was already taken or something.

Initial smell on opening the bag is a lovely mix of all kinds of aromas. Sweet earth, some floral-y gas that gets sweeter the more to you inhale. The buds are big beautiful hunks of green covered in orange hairs and absolutely covered in resinous trichomes. One nug is over 5 grams, had to set that aside for the photo.

On to the session itself. Got off work, my flowerpot was already sitting at a nice 650 degrees. I heard from said reputable source that this was a strain not to be trifled with. As usual, I threw caution to the wind and 'did my own research'. I should have saved some of that caution for real. I've been a medical patient for almost 8 years and I thought coughing on a bowl was some rookie shit I left behind years ago.

Nope. Permanent Marker clouded up my glass incredibly fast, I could feel it working on me while I was in the middle of said hit. Couldn't hold, coughed one time and said "goddamn". Immediate sensation in the face and eyes. After the initial powerful hit, I actually started to feel pretty energized which took me by surprise. As strong as it was, I expected to stay glued to my chair or go lay down. I got talkative and excited. Didn't matter what about, everything was awesome. After about an hour or so, the exuberance started to wear off and the drowsy heavy eyelids started to happen. I legit felt like a toddler fighting sleep. Probably looked like it too.

This strain is incredible for after work use. Quick powerful relief, elevated mood for a nice amount of time before turning off the lights for the night.

C'mon, be the weird kid and get some Permanent Marker in your face and thank me later. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Dark green buds, smell earthy with a touch of gas. Seems to be hints of citrus as well. Grinds up nice and fluffy but sticky like magic sand. This is a heavier strain than you’d expect. Had a decent sized bowl in my flowerpot and the onset of effects was immediate. Nice, sedated feeling in my body but felt clear headed.

Later in the evening, came back for round two tis time at a lower temp. The taste at lower temps is more sweet. Not sure if just me but I keep picking up faint hints of bubblegum? I feel like if I were in a social setting, I’d talk your ear off. I would anyway, but even more so. The longer I sit here, the more apparent the effects are. Mind remains active but the body is very still. I have a feeling I will sleep well tonight.

I DID! 10/10 would recommend for trouble with sleeping or winding down after a long day.

Seven years ago my knees, my elbows, my back, my shoulders hurt so bad from getting hit by a car 20+ years ago. I’ve been a medical patient for a bit over 7 years. For about 99% of the time, I’m either with Indicas or Indica leaning Hybrids. Early on, I tried a sativa and I didn’t like it and it didn’t like me.

Over time, I’ve learned a lot and thought I should try them again. Enter Molecular Farms and their Pixie Crush strain. The buds are light in color and covered in glittering trichomes. Opening the jar and taking a deep whiff is amazing. Notes of blood orange are most prominent with some skunk/funk on the back end. Like, put my head in a giant bag of this and let me marinate for a bit.

The effects. I don’t know how else to describe the effects other than noticing a lack of effects and you’ll see what I mean. I have ADHD and life can be hard just remembering what it is you are supposed to be doing at any given moment. Using this on low temperature in my desktop vaporizer is delicious. Like you could serve this WITH brunch and a cocktail. It would fit right in. Super light and tasty!

So after about 10 min, I just felt CLEAR. Apparently, a lot of people feel like this normally? That’s what I hear anyway lol. Seriously though, the clarity is unmistakable. I can just function normally, I remember things that might normally jump out of my ear.

10/10 small batch strain from Molecular Farms. Would definitely buy this again, I’d just get more of it than the single eighth I got this time.

Kashmir Jade is medicine in every way. The flower is a medium to dark green with lots of little orange hairs and a few purple hairs as well! Opening the bag will have you feeling like a dog with a new bag of food. The smell is GREAT! It smells of pine, earthy forests and dank moss or something. Breaking the flower apart yields some fuel smells that aren't present on the initial nose test. It just keeps getting better! Ground up in the grinder all the smells are present. It might be one of my favorite smelling strains, it hits on so many levels.

On to the session. I use a desktop vaporizer and feel it really lets the taste shine. The exhale shows notes of pine, spicy pepper, and some bready flavors as the bowl starts to get toasty. The next pull completely clouds my water piece. Fantastic amount of vapor production. The feeling is relaxed and peaceful. Old injuries dull, the mind slows down a bit. This is a fantastic strain top to bottom. Attractive, smells amazing and tastes phenomenal. I feel great, My aches and pains have subsided, the effects take place quickly but not suddenly. There is a nice even onset to the relaxed state. This is my first review of this strain but I've had this strain multiple times for all of the above reasons. Definite keeper, 5/5 stars.
