One of my favorite tinctures
I love this tincture - and of course it is made with alcohol - makes it so much more potent! Much prefer theses over MCT oil tinctures. Best for daytime in my opinion. Can't go wrong with Durban!
I take it when I wake up in my tea - does wonders for focusing as well
