Simply put I wish all dc businesses treated customers with this level of respect!!!!!!! From day one the staff has been friendly, courteous and above all else knowledgeable. The atmosphere is quiet, clean and comfortable. The fellow customers are always up for a conversation as you wait and will give helpful suggestions to new customers not familiar with different strains. The staff has always greeted me by name with a smile and a joke which always puts me at ease. Even the security personnel, are some of the coolest nicest people I deal with on a regular basis. The strains are usually diverse and reasonable in price. They even remember your favorite strains and will let you know when it is coming up. I’m usually there a few times a week and I look forward to my visits. I’m usually looking for something to remove or at least alleviate pain that won’t cause a couch lock since I am a full time student and they have yet to let me down. Not only is my pain relieved but I am still able to function normally. And as an added bonus for the music lovers out there the background music usually covers all genres so all will feel welcome.
