I don't know why I don't see any other reviews here for this so I have to add one. This is by far the best Jack Herer anyone is growing in Maryland or DC. Rhythm in Maryland comes close but not close enough. Verano had a Jack herer phenotype#8 as they called it years ago when they're flower looked normal and not mutated. And that phenotype was clearly Haze Dominant the bud structure was pure haze. Anyways this batch is an exceptional batch. When you open the jar and smell its obviously clear it's got a very high concentration of Terpenes. You can smell the Haze so clearly. This is one of the most epic strains ever created. It's got almost the same parents as Super Silver Haze just with different ratios and a different version of Skunk. Interestingly enough this strain was one of the few if not only strains that was actually recognized as medicinal in the Netherlands and was actually distributed by Dutch pharmacies as a recognized medical strain. This is one of those strains that alt sol gets done just right with almost every batch so they must have picked one hell of a mother plant. It's extremely resinous and has the perfect balance of Indica and Sativa genetics. This is the perfect daytime medicine for indica lovers as well. Named after activist Jack Herer who was truly a magnificent human being with a beautiful soul. This is not your average American flavor this is your typical Dutch flavor. They love their Haze based strains in Amsterdam. The dominant Terpene in this flower is Terpinolene. It amazes me that most supposedly cannabis related "education" sites on the internet and in many books list terpinolene as a indica type terpene claiming it's sedating and relaxing like Myrcene or Linalool would be however that couldn't be further from the truth. Now if you have just the terpene by itself so only terpinolene I'm sure it acts as a sedative however thanks to the entourage effect you hear about so often when terpinolene is combined with THC its one of the most stimulating terpenes of all. Most of all of the most "racy" super stimulating sativa strains are terpinolene dominant and its one of the terpenes most likely to cause paranoia usually but not so much with Jack Herer. The Afghani influenced Northern Lights genetics really tamper down the effects of this magical legendary strain. This strain truly is one of the most legendary cannabis strains of all time like AK47, Skunk, Northern lights or haze if you have never tried this before your making a huge mistake. If your a real cannabis lover its your duty to try these epic strains that revolutionized Cannabis Breeding into what it is today. And you won't find a better specimen of this than that from Alt Sol. The Jack herer from center city is a sick joke in comparison and Abatins version is still good they do a good job as well except their version of this isn't even really Jack Herer. Just because you see a certain strain name on the menu absolutely does NOT mean it's truly the actual genetics that it's meant to be. In this case though you can rest assured this is definitely the real deal Jack Herer. Haze is my number one favorite strain of all time. Your never going to find pure genuine Haze in a dispensary especially in our area here sadly. Perhaps in California or Colorado you may find it but it's doubtful. You'd have to find a passionate old school grower who may grow this. In Amstrdam or Spains legal market you might get lucky enough to find true Haze or at least Nevilles haze which is the closest to pure haze you might ever encounter. But even nevilles haze with the touch of Northern lights indica in it is typically a 16 week flowering plant but we'll worth the wait. Ghost train haze gests it's epic hazy scent from its nevilles haze lineage. I'm so so proud of Alt Sol for trying to bring Super Lemon Haze out for us but I hope for a better batch of it at least once. Their Lemon Skunk however is by far one of the most amazing Sativa choices ANYONE has cultivated in DC or Maryland a true Terpene packed powerhouse. I will still keep praying that at least one time for one batch even alt sol will try to release super Silver Haze one of the most award winning strains of all time and by far my number one favorite haze hybrid I've ever had the pleasure of smoking it's truly a work of art. Unlike anything most of you will have ever tried. Unfortunately most Modern American smokers have had their minds corrupted by rappers pushing indica Dominant strains only which does the cannabis industry here a lot of favors. They'd MUCH rather grow such strains because it's so much more economically beneficial for them to do so. So I keep trying to educate people start demanding more genuine sativa strains and start prioritizing terpene levels over thc levels that's my biggest piece of advice. If people chased High terpene levels the way they chase thc numbers we would have access to such better quality medicine it's not even funny. If cannabis is low in terpenes I don't even want to bother with it as I see no Point in it . You just experience what I call a generic thc high and not the unique effects that each strain is known for. So if you want to really see what makes each strain unique it's all about the terps not high levels of thc. As I always say you will have much better and even sometimes stronger effects from flower that's 20% thc only but with 4% terps as opposed to some garbage that's 35% thc but only 1% total terps. In dc since terps aren't listed you gotta ask whats the most pungent what has the strongest nose. The nose knows as they say. That's why when you have some truly special cannabis one of the first things you notice is how "loud" the smell is when you open the container. The second it smacks your nose with that potent pungent ridiculously stinky smell you know right away you have something special.....

Super Silver Haze has always been my favorite strain of all time. We have the Haze Brothers of California to thank for breeding the original Haze decades ago. Then Neville got his hands on these genetics and brought it to Amsterdam where it really took off. As I always say in the "legal" markets of Europe like Germany or Spain Haze Hybrids have been what everyone has always adored and favored. Nevilles Haze is one of the closest things to pure haze that's available. That's where Ghost Train Haze gets its "Haze" scent and flavor from. Jack Herer is another famous Haze Hybrid but it's still a bit more indica leaning than I'd like but especially from Alt Sols cut of Jack the Haze influence is unmistakable. You have no idea the excitement I felt when I saw this on the menu I raced on over to DC instantly. As citrusy as this smells you can clearly smell the Haze influence In this flower. Although I must say I prefer past batches of Alt Sols Lemon Skunk more because the good batches were phenomenal so sticky and resinous and oozing with reckless amounts of terpenes in its resin. Haze based strains are notoriously difficult to cultivate so it takes some more hard work to get it dialed in just right. I wonder if Alt Sol sourced the seeds from Greenhouse Seed Company Arjan and Francos breeding operation. Whenever I had Super Lemon Haze at the greenhouse coffee shops in Amsterdam it was always more racy and stimulating. It could just be that the Super Silver Haze used for this particular cut was more Northern Lights Leaning. If anything it may actually be a good thing because this could help convert many strictly indica smokers into trying this and opening them up to becoming more interested into Sativa Dominant strains. I can't decide whether I like this or the Catpiss more because the Catpiss was epic as well. Regardless as I said ever since medical Marijuana started in Maryland years ago I have waited for someone to cultivate Super Silver or Super Lemon to HMS in maryland offered Super Lemon Haze for a short while but it was not really super lemon haze not even close it had no terpinolene no pinene no terpene at all associated with Hazes its terpene profile was 80 percent myrcene and caryophyllene alone barely no limonene either. Just like Lemon Skunk, SLH gets its citrusy scent not from Limonene as so many belive but from Terpinolene instead. That classic Haze scent is Terpinolene all the way as well. Anyways I had to thank the crew over at Alt Sol for bringing us this flower and for being the number one cultivator in all of DC and Maryland BY FAR!!! Please more of you need to start trying strains like this to create a higher demand for such strains. It makes me sad that so many people just want to smoke whatever strains they heard their favorite rapper rapping about its just such a simple minded way to go about this. Like greedy and gluttonous fat boy Berner who is nothing but a parasite stealing everyone's hard earned money with his overpriced nonsense. Cookies has brought us some amazing genetics but other than that it's been nothing but a negative influence on the world of Cannabis. 50 dollar t shirts and cookies at first was the only brand In maryland that didn't offer a veterans or senior citizen discount on their overpriced flower which went for 65 an 8th for the longest time until enough people complained and they finally did something about it and their Crew in charge of their cultivation in Maryland was doing a poor job with barely any batches getting even close to 2% total terps. Alt Sol you are appreciated and loved. We are all truly blessed to have you here.

Why be like Hitler and poison yourself with nasty Amphetamine based drugs when you have strains like this. I have been gone to Poland for several months and missed my lovely Alternative Solution dose of darkness. I came back and looked at the menu and the second I saw this strain I had to immediately race to TWC all the way from Maryland it's a one hour trip for me but always worth the ride. None of the cultivators in Marylands dispensaries come close to producing the quality of flower that Alternative Solutions produces. Anyways I looked at the menu and when I saw that this was supposed to be a phenotype of Super Silver Haze I nearly crapped myself I thought this can't be right...
Super Silver Haze and Super Lemon Haze have always been my top two favorite strains of all time Hazes in general. In the cannabis shops of Spain and Amsterdam they're all about the Hazes and long flowering tropical sativas. "REAL" Sativas. Most "sativas" offered in Maryland or DC are pathetic excuses of sativas. It saddens me that people in these markets aren't more demanding of good Sativas so they enable the cultivators to just prioritize making money over serving quality focusing on faster flowering higher yielding Indica Dominant strains. Alt Sol is one of the only cultivators that keeps bringing us the closest things to proper Sativas. Their epic Lemon Skunk, the Communion, Hokkaido, the Aussie Blues which now has brought us the wonderful Black and Blue, the Blood Orange and others i just can't think of right now because it's 3 am and I'm sleep deprived from work and life. Anyways let's get to this cat piss. When researching "Cat piss" you see that it is supposed to originally be a phenotype of SSH however you see that supposedly the later versions were hybridized with Trainwreck. This batch of Catpiss doesn't have the sharpness of trainwreck nor does it have the slightest scent of a classic Haze either. It doesn't remind me of SSH at all unfortunately. I long for the day Alt Sol will attempt to bring us actual SSH or even Super Lemon Haze. However this doesn't mean this Cat Piss wasn't impressive. Im.going back to get more tomorrow at the moment this is by far the best daytime medicine available by far and its still an amazing Sativa regardless. I am beyond thankful to Alt Sol for being the only cultivator to offer strains that appease Sativa Connoisseurs such as myself. It's sad that so many people just want whatever strains some simple minded rapper is rapping about or whatever has the highest THC levels. I want more of you to try strains like this Cat Piss. With a strain like this it's all about the effects. One thing that's truly special about this cat piss is that my mind stays sharp on it. It makes me incredibly productive but unlike most cannabis strains let's say I'm reading a book or watching a documentary with other sativas even I'll get done reading a page and will have to re read that same page several times to really get the information or when watching a documentary I'll have to keep rewinding because I won't be genuinely focused enough or will have short term memory loss but with this cat piss my mind stays incredibly sharp. It's not overly racy so it's not as likely to cause anxiety for those prone to it. So is this really a phenotype of SSH, probably not but regardless it is one of the better sativa offerings alt sol has had. Hokkaido definitely was one of their purest sativas but unfortunately it was never a big terpene producer and its all about the terps not the thc. That's what makes Lemon Skunk or Black and Blue so epic is that they are massive terpene monsters like the Fuel Buiscuts. This cat piss has a solid terpene profile as well especially considering the batch has been sitting for a while by the time I picked it up so when it was freshly released it must have been even terpier. I'm literally begging any of you reading this to buy this and become more open minded to trying the sativa Dominant strains alt sol releases that way if they see there is more of a demand we will start seeing even better options and maybe someday they'll bless us with some legit hazes and all of your minds will be blown. Anyways thank you Alt Sol for being the only cultivator to offer us some of the best daytime strains by far. Perhaps considering looking into a strain called Silver Mountain. Rhythm in Maryland released just one batch of it sadly and never brought it back but it was the best sativa I had ever had in Maryland. It had close to 5% terps and was a cross of Super Silver Haze and Appalachia from Bodhi Seeds. I couldn't even imagine if alt sol grew it instead. Anyways please try this cat piss you won't be dissatisfied I promise. Especially if you want to be productive consider this the Adderall of the cannabis world minus the nasty side effects and neurotoxicity and cardiotoxicity. Although I must add if you have calcified arteries or excess plaque in your arteries you should know THC has been found to cause inflammation of the vascular system which leads to cardiovascular disease and potential heart attacks strokes or DVTs to counteract this supplementing with the soy isoflavone called Genistein protects your vascular system from the negative effects of THC. If your young and healthy you don't have to worry about this. If you've had several covid vaccines you DEFINITELY need to worry about this.

I don’t have time to get into too much detail but this is the first time I’ve felt I had to write a review in a while. Alt Sol has had a lot of new strains recently I was exited with all from the Maui line especially the Hawaiian dream because I’m a Sativa connoisseur and they were all nice but didn’t impress me too much the gelatti mints has been the most solid new strain up until now in my opinion not to say the rest were bad but they didn’t stand out. This right here got me more exited than anything else besides maybe the lemon skunk or hokkaido. I always said how the one strain I was the most disappointed with disappearing was the Aussie Blues I was blessed enough to try just one batch of it and I think it was their last batch and when I opened the bag it blew me away more than anything else that I’ve ever gotten from a dispensary in Maryland or DC because it had a terp profile I had not encountered in over 10 years. It was the only strain I’ve had from any dispensary that Reminded me of the most legendary and epic Sativa strains I was able to access on the black market from the west coast back in 2007-2009 during those years I had a connection that had some of the best cannabis I’ve had to this day in my life it was being grown by some old hippie with love and attention in northern Cali organic outdoor he must have been a true Sativa connoisseur as well because he only grew hazes and tropical long flowering land race Sativa varieties and one of my favorites he grew smelled just like the Aussie blues. When I saw this added to their menu At Takoma yesterday I googled the strain first and read about some other black n blue strain that is a blackberry diesel cross and I still got excited since it said sativa dominant. However I went back to Takomas website and took a closer look and when I saw this was an aussie blues cross I damn near had an aneurysm. And black Russian truly is the perfect strain to cross it with because even though it’s indica dominant technically i’ve said from the very first time I tried it that Black Russians bud structure is textbook sativa coming to find out it’s got the REAL white widow in it The grower who made white widow shantibaba if I’m correct when he left greenhouse seeds and started his own mr nice he used for the exact same mother and father that the white widow had to make the black widow so it’s a cross of a landrace sativa and a landrace indica crossed with the mystery indica Russian landrace used for Black Russian. I haven’t even tried it yet as soon as I opened the bag I knew it was amazing. I remember reading that some people claimed the Maui magilla glue stood out as one of the best terp producers and I have to disagree with that. Even berry cinex the earlier batches that were lower in THC were the best batches and much terpier the lemon skunk the blood orange the gellati mints the fuel biscuits the Panama red and now this black n blue those are strains I think of when I think terpenes. I’m sure the Aussie blues was not easy to grow the best true sativas tend to be very finicky and difficult to grow besides the long flowering times. I pray that crossing it with the Black Russian helped mitigate some of the difficulties and hopefully helped bring the flowering time down some because I really want this to stick around like the legendary lemon skunk. Don’t sleep on this flower People because this is truly a rare treat in a market over saturated with faster flowering indica dominant strains predominantly it is a very rare treat to have access to something like this. If you go travel through Europe Like Spain and Amsterdam where cannabis is legal accessible at shops you’ll see it’s the complete opposite over there they are all about the hazes and longer flowering varieties. Dr.Grinspoon from Barney’s Farm being the most radical look up pictures of it it’s such a pure sativa that it doesn’t even look like cannabis barely the buds look like strings of Calyxes stacked on top of each other. Anyways the main reason I wrote this review was in hopes someone from Alt Sol reads this so I can say thank you from the bottom of my heart for being pretty much the only cultivator brave enough to tackle some truly special daytime strains for us patients. The past few years when talking to people about cannabis I always brought up the Aussie blues I fantasized about you bringing it back so many times so this cross was honestly such an amazing gift. These are the only kind of strains I could see it justified to pay more for.

I remember being so exited to try this well over a year ago even and it never came back I thought they had discontinued it because I know these types of truly Sativa dominant strains are more challenging to grow in many cases on top of the fact they take longer to flower generally. I lost it when I saw back on the menu and raced on over. Abatins flower has some of the highest potential of all others because they incorporate real sunlight and grow in live soil as far as I know. In my opinion that is the way to go for the best terpene expression in flower if it was organic it would be even better but this is still the closest anyone comes to producing flower how was meant to be produced. None of that hydro crap that’s only good if your main concern is profit since you can grow faster and often yield more but the quality is sacrificed. Alternative Solutions is unfortunately the only cultivator that has a pretty large selection of actually good Sativa genetics. However now Abatin finally has something to compete with this Trainwreck although even though I wouldn’t consider their Lemon Crush a true Sativa it’s definitely more of a hybrid yet it is one of the absolute best strains available from any of the cultivators but I was thinking how amazing it would be if this trainwreck was crossed with their lemon crush crushtrain or lemon wreck it would be called it would be epic. I also wish that just like they have the Kashmir line which is the most expensive eighth but it’s genetics aren’t really all that unique i was they offered one long flowering exotic sativa in their “premium” line like Kashmir but people would instead pay the 70+ dollars per 8th for something like a true haze or genuine long flowering pure Thai sativa or something that way the reckless price tag would be extremely justified because those plants take much longer to flower and don’t yield as well. I would pay 100 am 8th for some properly grown Neville’s haze or dr.grinspoon or Malawi gold for example. Especially if it was organic then it would be worth every penny. To me that makes sense. These stupid rappers and fools like Berner are ruining the industry always copying each other like parrots everyone wants to smoke high THC indica hybrids because it’s the “cool” thing to do. In Europe they know what’s up it’s why I love going to Spain or Amsterdam because there they have true and proper respect for genuine Sativas unlike here. Even in PA on the dispensary menus they actually offer a very respectable selection of different hazes and proper sativas here we rarely ever have any hazes closest thing we get sometimes are the Jack Herer, Ghost Train, and Silver kush. Although the Dread Bread definitely has some real potential as well. Alternatively solutions used to offer one of the best haze derivatives I ever had legally in DC or MD their Aussie Blues and it produced some phenomenal highly resinous extremely terpy and pungent super flowers but I’m guessing they stopped it because it was too difficult to grow. Abatin please consider adding one more citrusy or hazy proper sativa something like genuine Jack the Ripper has insane potential and actually flowers rather fast. How much more classic could it get than some Abatin Classic Super Silver or Lemon Haze ? Either one is a legend and definitely a classic. The newer “White Gorilla Haze” from Sensi is also amazing the best sativa ever offered in MD was “Inzane in the Membrane” from ethos genetics gleaf has it and they are one of the WORST growers In our area with the lowest terpene numbers of all yet the “inzane” had such recklessly amazing genetics that even gleaf consistently had batch after batch come out wonderful and it was their highest testing flower for terpenes every time without fail and it’s obviously suitable for industrial mass cultivation and I would consider it a proper haze it has both ghost train and super lemon in its lineage along with forbidden fruit and some kind of citral skunk. In DC besides the extinct Aussie Blues currently the most proper Sativa is the Lemon Skunk from Alt Sol that is what I call a proper sativa. Please keep this train wreck abatin and consider another solid daytime strain similar to this.

I’m sorry I know this isn’t a review for this strain here but I’m writing this in hopes the crew at Alt Sol might see this it is merely a suggestion and a request. I know how hard it is to find amazing sativas that are appropriate for mass commercial indoor cultivation. However to this day the absolute number 1 very best by far Sativa I’ve ever had the pleasure of obtaining from a dispensary around here is from Ethos Genetics the same crew who brought the Rainmaker it is called Inzane in the Membrane it is cultivated by gleaf in MD. Gleaf is one of my LEAST favorite growers almost all their flower always tests the lowest of all in terpenes however the Inzane genetics must be so amazing that it is one of the ONLY strains of theirs that always tests higher in Terps than anything else they grow and that strain is even better than any sativa anyone else grows even in DC. It’s genetics are even better than alt sols best sativa and that says a lot because otherwise I view alt sol as number one so when I see how good it comes out from the mediocre crew at gleaf it just makes me imagine how recklessly epic it would be if alt sol grew it instead every time I’ve had it I’ve wished alt sol grew it instead for a long time it’s genetics were kept secret by ethos but they eventually released its lineage on their social media and the parents of This world class top shelf god worthy sativa from ethos are as follows. Inzane in the Membrane is a cross of (Super Lemon Haze x Forbidden Fruit x Ghost Train Haze x Citral Glue)
I mean just look at those epic genetics. Seeing how Haze is one of the most legendary sativas ever created this could give alt sol a chance to have a legit haze offering in their lineup I am certain it would be as good as if not better than their Lemon Skunk. If it was too difficult to grow like most hazes are or if it flowered too long or didn’t yield a lot gleaf definitely would not be offering it. So Alt Sol please for the love of all that is holy please consider offering this cultivar. Your Panama Red is absolutely amazing but it is NOT genuine Panama red I don’t even consider it a Sativa it is a hybrid I would believe that it is a cross with Panama Red in it but it is not straight Panama. And the Durban Poison was never impressive in my opinion and I tried many many batches of it just as the Goji OG has never been impressive yet which is so weird because when I tried it from liberty or curio years ago it was one of the best strains they EVER had so I guess alt sol just doesn’t have as good of a cut of it or mother I should say. So please Alt Sol you guys are leading this industry here you guys are setting the bar so to say so please just like your epic Aussie Blues bring back another Haze Based strain we need a Haze offering so badly. It irritates me so badly that just above us in PA when I look at the menu of their dispensary’s i saw them offering super silver haze, super lemon haze, hash haze and moonshine haze that’s 4 hazes available all at once from them. Sensi seeds also recently released an epic new strain called White Gorilla Haze which blends together Silver Haze x Amnesia Haze x GG#4 aka Original Glue. Or as I suggested before Jack the Ripper which is considered a Lemon Haze which finishes in 8 weeks. Or Pineapple Upsidedown Cake from Humboldt. Or real Cindy 99 or Apollo haze or princess haze all from brothers Grimm who is making seeds available again!

I haven’t tried this current batch yet but I will be going today to get some for sure. I got an 8th the last time they had this available and let me tell you something it was hands down some of the best Cannabis I’ve had from a dispensary thus far. I generally stick to Sativas mostly but everything about this was so nice. Ridiculously beautiful bag appeal. Magnificent dense STICKY as hell buds oozing with resin. Very potent and pungent terpene profile with such an intense scent AND magnificent flavor with each exhale I was left with that Potent amazing flavor lingering in my mouth the kind of flower you’d love to smoke just based on flavor alone. Extremely potent effects as well perfectly balanced hybrid. I’m hoping this batch will be just as good but you never know. Some strains like their Panama Red (which is absolutely NOT a landrace sativa) almost always comes out amazing its extremely consistent with its top shelf quality batch after batch and then some strains like their Chemdawg, Rainmaker or OG18 they can all be epic if the batch is good but way more often with those strains you might not get a good batch. I’ve had 4 different batches of their chemdawg for example most times it was decent but nothing special but the one time I had a very good batch of it I was blown away and fell madly in love with it same with OG18 I had one epic batch from them that was phenomenal but the last batch of it for example I still haven’t touched I still have the whole 8th almost just sitting in it’s container. Their Lemon Skunk, Panama Red, Blood Orange Fuel Biscuits and several others come out on point almost every batch. The one time I had Goji OG from Liberty here in MD or from Curio like 2 years it was one of The best most amazing strains they had ever released to this day from both of them I was blown away but every single batch of Goji from Alt Sol has surprisingly let me down even though they are a way better cultivator that leads me to believe that alt sol just doesn’t have as good of a cut of it as in their mother plant is not as good as the one liberty or curio had picked. I’m extremely exited to grab this today! Just remember this new packaging from Alt Sol might look really cool and unique but it is horrible at preserving the moisture and terpenes of the flower so make sure you buy fresh if it’s been sitting in these new containers for a bit you will get some disappointing bone dry flowers. Alt Sol remains the best cultivator of flower in DC or MD. I live in MD and have to drive far to get my Alt Sol flower but always do because it’s better than what you can find in MD.

I often complain about the major lack of proper “Sativa” strains in our medical market both in DC and MD. I love top shelf quality flower period but my preference has always been heavily towards the Sativa side of things ever since between the years of 2006-2008 I had access to the finest Sativa Dominant Cannabis strains regularly better than anything I’ve had ever since it was mostly California based. Many people sadly just say the only love indicas around here but I’m willing to bet most of them never tried a proper well grown and cured Sativa Flower. Obviously the cultivators prefer cannabis with Indica genetics blended in because it makes economic sense from a business point of view they are after yield and the fastest flowering times. Over in Europe it’s the other way around in Spain or Amsterdam any coffeeshop I ever went to had several hazes available. True Hazes are the very best. Finally today when I saw this back on the menu I rushed over to stock up as fast as I could this batch came out better than the last but I loved the last as well. Alt Sols Panama Red is amazing yes but it’s not the genuine Panama Red it definitely isn’t, Strain Names can be very tricky and often mean nothing when it comes to older and rarer strains. This right here though is everything id expect of a genuine Sativa Strain. Who needs Adderall when you have something like this. It literally affects me the same way as those toxic amphetamines minus the intense dopaminergic euphoria. Stimulants are poison but strains like this will help you the same way but not hurt your soul, brain and body like traditional stimulants. Strains like this can be much tricker and more challenging to grow properly for sure. Alternative Solutions is the only cultivator in our Area MD included that has offered proper daytime strains for us. From their Aussie Blues to their Lemon Skunk the Communion, Blood Orange and now this here. I absolutely love this for the effects it’s gold I want to be productive and constantly get things done this is perfect for that. The bud structure is exactly what you’d expect from a Sativa as well as it’s citrusy spicy scent. Thank you guys again for at least trying to give us these kinds of strains literally no one else is willing to do what you guys are at this point. It’s much appreciated honestly. After using this more and more I feel I need to say this. I gave this 5 stars because of how damn rare strains like this are in our medical market here but the quality of this batch isn’t the best it could have been better if the terpene content was higher but it’s important to remember that these strains are generally more challenging to grow to their full potential. One of the best Sativa strains I have had in MD is called Pineapple Upside down Cake grown by HMS now Kind tree it’s scent reminds me only of the Aussie blues alt sol had to some extent every batch they’ve grown has tested very high in terpenes and every time I had it I wished alt sol grew it instead. Just a suggestion for alt sol to look into this pineapple upside down cake if kind tree is growing it that tells me alt sol could very easily grow it as well and it is an intense daytime strain but since it has the cake/cookies type genetics blended in it would attract a lot more smokers who prefer such strains. Jack the Ripper is another amazing epic daytime strain a lemon haze type strain that finishes flowering in only 8-9 weeks and yields well so I think it would work well In these commercial growing settings or even some real genuine Cindy 99 I will keep praying for such a release someday I wish someone would cultivate real super lemon haze as well but that one is less realistic than these other choices I recommended. i am also exited to see if they will release another batch of their Maui waui as well. Alt Sols Jack herer is the best jack I’ve ever had hands down and the haze influence is so beautifully visible but even though their jack is definitely an epic sativa dominant strain it has too much indica influence for me to use it for very productive busy days it relaxes me a bit too much so it’s better saved to enjoy on days to have fun not for work. Libertys new strain Lemon Ice being a lemon haze based strain would also be epic if grown by alt sol instead or even their golden pineapple which came out so nice from liberty I couldn’t imagine how much better it could have been from alt sol.

So according to Jason King in his third edition of the Cannabible “Golden Pineapple” was originally bred by an Australian Breeder who goes by the name Wallyduck by crossing a very pineapple-tasting phenotype of Cindy 99 with Golden Skush which is a (Hindu Kush x Skunk#1) cross. That’s what I was expecting possibly when I purchased this being a Sativa Lover I rushed over to DC for an 8th if this the second I saw it on their menu it’s sometimes 2 hours there and back for me to make the trip so that says something that I usually go on this long journey when I have dispensaries all around me some even walking distance. It’s hard to find good Sativa Genetics here in our medical market unfortunately because of the economics of it all and there is more money in fast flowering high yielding plants so that pretty much cancels out all the best Sativas all the finer purer hazes and such. I’m convinced this cut of Golden Pineapple Liberty is blessing us with is most likely as advertised on the menu a cross of Pineapple Kush and Golden Goat. First of all the appearance of the flower it definitely has the bud structure of a Sativa my 8th consisted of two buds one rather large cola and one smaller sister cola. Long stretched out elongated buds they are rather dense though not very loose like purer sativas tend to be. I’ve had many fine examples of one of the parents Pineapple Kush before and it definitely leans heavily towards its Pineapple parent not so much its Master Kush side so Pineapple Kush is very similar to Alternative Solutions Pineapple they smell almost identical just as Gleafs Pineapple Skunk also smells almost identical to those two. Any cross this Pineapple developed from Ed Rosenthals Super Bud finds its way into it ends up dominating. However in this Golden Pineapple it doesn’t remind me of any of the pineapple strains at all it doesn’t smell like your average terpinolene dominated flower it smells very fruity and sweet which makes me think Golden Goat. Now I have never had real Golden Goat before but considering it’s genetics which consist of a very special Hawaiian Sativa x Romulan x Island Sweet Skunk and the scent of this Golden Pineapple from Liberty makes me think Sweet Skunk and Hawaiian. This is actually a rather nice batch as well when reviewing a flower we are not just reviewing that “strain” but we are also reviewing the cultivator which in this case was Liberty and how good of a job they did in growing and processing it reflecting their skills and how much they actually care and in this case compared to a lot of stuff I’ve gotten in Maryland Dispensaries as well recently I was actually impressed with this it came out much nicer than anything I’ve gotten from Strane in Maryland recently. It smoked very smooth on the lungs and the flavor actually came thru and lasted well after the exhale. You can definitely tell there is some indica influence in the high this isn’t what you’d consider a racy highly stimulating sativa but still a mildly energetic trippy head high that leaves your body feeling relaxed but not sedated. Although being just under 20% thc it’s not weak by any means but it’s definitely not potent either this batch sits right in the middle I would love to see what a more potent batch of this would be like. This strain definitely has major potential I hope it sticks around. I’ll say this I’m a lot more relaxed than I thought I would be from this so it did not make me as productive as I’d hoped that’s not to say anything bad about it but it just didn’t have the effects I expected so personally I’ll save this to enjoy at times I’m not working and don’t need to be very productive.

This is some fantastic flower grown by DCs best Cultivator by far Alternative Solutions it is also their very own creation from their in house breeding program. Blood Orange crossed with Topanga Zkittles resulted in this whimsical creation. Blood Orange was always one of my favorite strains so I knew I would love this and I was not wrong at all. This is basically a more relaxing version of Blood Orange in my opinion. On the inhale I tasted all Blood Orange to the max and on the exhale I taste the flavor from the topanga zkittles. I liked this so much I got three 8ths that’s never happened before. I could be wrong but I believe that Japanese named Sativa I believe it was Hakkido or something like that is also from their own in house breeding program as well and that was a fantastic Sativa extremely cerebral.
I got the best flavor from this Tiger Rose using the Volcano or a Bubbler. One extra resinous nug from one of the 8ths was the first time in over a year I tasted the flavor of the herb down to the last black ashy hit in my bowl. It’s so damn rare to taste the flavor down to the very last hit and a sign of impeccable quality and a really well done harvest and curing process. The ashes are almost clean white so the plants were flushed properly as well. It has a very potent effect as well like I said though it’s a true hybrid feels more indica with some obvious uplifting qualities as well from the Citrus Blood Orange Terpenes. It’s a perfect choice for people looking to medicate with a Indica that won’t incapacitate them and put them to sleep allowing them to remain functional if need be. It’s effects shouldn’t be too far off Blue Cheese which is another indica dominant terpinolene rich strain. Terpinolene rich indicas are highly uncommon in our dispensaries that alone makes this some very special flower.

I have not had this in DC yet but I’ve had several batches of this in Maryland from Liberty aka Strane.
I have to write a review because the first batch of this I got the very first time my mind was really blown. I remember thinking that it was by far the best strain I had ever had from Liberty however the next batch I had wasn’t as good but that was the crew in Maryland’s fault not the strains when grown properly and processed properly this really is an amazing strain. It’s most abundant terpene is Terpinolene so expect a somewhat heady effect definitely a hybrid leaning a bit more towards the sativa side of things. They also have a terpy cut of this every batch has tested above average in terpene content. Visually extremely pleasing and extremely frosty. The last batch of this I had tested at 3.54% total terps. Since you guys in Washington DC don’t have access to Terpene data I thought I’d post the results here so you guys can see what a pleasant and rich terpene expression this flower produces.
A-Pinene = 0.13% / B-Pinene = 0.18% / B-Myrcene = 0.36% / Limonene= 0.28% / Ocimene= 0.18% / Terpinolene= 0.55% / Linalool= 0.17% / B-Caryophyllene= 0.41% / Humulene= 0.14% and last but not least Caryophyllene Oxide at 0.09%.
Interesting side note apparently it is believed that drug sniffing dogs recognize cannabis from the scent of the Terpene Caryophyllene Oxide I have read this many times from many reputable sources but since most flower is always testing so low in it it’s kind of hard to believe. Perhaps they just smell caryophyllene in general in which case any of greedy fat boy Berners cookies and cake strains must be the most easily detected by canines not to mention all the Chem and Diesel strains which tend to be caryophyllene dominant as well. Anyways all this to say this is a great strain with amazing genetics IF you are lucky enough to have a really good batch of this grown well you won’t be disappointed this has amazing potential.

Just like with their most recent orgasmic batch of Chemdawg the same thing definitely applies to this ridiculously fine flower except every past batch of this I had was on point I’ve never had a batch of this yet from alt sol that I wasn’t highly impressed with but this is the best batch yet. And they outdid themselves again by curing this batch to perfection. Absolutely perfect and on point moisture content resulting in these super sticky and resinous buds. Alt Sol consistently has some of the most resinous and sticky flowers in all of dc and Maryland. (On the legal market). Phenomenal batch Alt Sol I Salute you all again and I can’t wait to grab my quarter of your epic skunky lemon. I’m dying to know what type of medium Alt Sol cultivates their plants in and the type of lighting setup they have over there. With this quality I’d expect it to be grown in living soil and not hydro or anything else but if it is hydro that’s even more impressive. Could you imagine Alt Sols Lemon Skunk being crossed with their Blood Orange that would be some recklessly delicious flower I think of that all the time. If every other cultivator in md and dc is ostarine alt sol is trenbolone.

The type of human who keeps the sticker on their hat for increased “coolness” all these cool people with their cool words and they’re cool clothing. I wish I could be cool like them all I need is some fake jewelry and a hat with a sticker on it then I can be cool too and maybe then my dog would actually like me. Buy this huckleberry if you want true quality.

You know I would see this strain listed On Alt Sols own website but I hadn’t seen it in so long that I assumed it was one of their discontinued strains and I remember feeling disappointed I never got to try it from them because this is truly an amazing strain in regards to its genetics I can say this because two cultivators in Maryland also offered this strain in the past they no longer do though one was Liberty but I can’t remember the other at the moment and when I tried it from both of those cultivators it was one of the best batches of flower I ever had from those cultivators super high in terps EVERY batch they put out back then super high in limonene as its main dominant terpene I have the third profile from the old batch in front of me I’m sure alt sols is similar everything about the flowers similar I can tell it’s the same strain for sure Often different cultivators claim to have the same strain when they don’t often but in this case it’s obvious it’s the same strain. Limonene at 1.02% with half a percent pinene and half a percent myrcene and .3 linalool. That’s all they had provided unfortunately so I don’t have the whole profile but those are the most dominant however. You can see it still
Also has a fair quantity of myrcene and linalool so you know it’s going to feel like a energetic hybrid and not like most racy pure sativas. Pretty much almost all Of Alt Sols sativas are terpinolene driven so it’s nice to offer this as well. I got a quarter of it and so glad I did. I have such a beautiful large dense and sticky flowers. This is such a delicious treat.

I just got this for the second time with this new batch because the last time I tried it the last batch I was not very impressed and I was hoping maybe it would be a better batch this time so I thought I would try it again especially since I was told this was a better batch than last. Now sure I can say that this was a better batch than the last However it was still nothing special at all whatsoever both times I’ve gotten it after I smoked the first bowl I haven’t smoked it again it’s just been sitting there and I have no desire to smoke anymore of it so I probably won’t and it will end up being put in some edibles instead. This and Rainmaker are the only two strains from Alt Sol that aren’t too impressive in the batches I’ve had. This had a very mild terpene profile and was not pungent at all. It just looks nice that’s all but beyond it’s visually pleasing features this is just some mediocre flower. Something tells me the likelihood of getting a good batch of this is rare and not likely Perhaps because of the specific cut of it Alt Sol has. Perhaps if more seeds of the strain were obtained they could find a better Cut than this current one and be able to put out better batches. There’s no way I could recommend this to anyone personally.

Man am I happy I grabbed an 8th of this today. When I saw a fresh batch came in I decided to get it the last time I had it I liked it as well but this time it’s so much nicer. It’s visually so much more pleasing this batch inherited a lot of purple in it from the wedding cake. The terpenes are there as well it’s got such a unique funky smell almost cheesy in a way but GOOD it smells amazing. Considering it’s 32% THC AND this batch is heavy in terps as well it is definitely some highly potent medicine. I would say it’s the most potent stuff I’ve had in a while. In my opinion this is heavily indica dominant. There is only one thing that needs improving. The moisture content. As a matter of fact everything I’ve had from District cannabis in Washington DC has been too dry In my opinion and even want to get the batches fresh when they come in they haven’t been sitting on the shelves at the dispensary I always buy something when it first comes up or when I know it’s a new batch because I don’t want to get something dry. Due to the dryness I saw what a ridiculous amount of kief these buds gave off while breaking apart. It’s the first time I’ve had kief spill from flower like that in over a year probably. They were out of the 4 gram 62% Boveda packs I like so i got the 4 gram 62 boost instead I threw one in with it hopefully it should help tremendously. However it’s not old obviously especially considering how pungent and terpy it is so by no means am I saying you should not get this you definitely should get this if anything I just made that point so maybe they will see it and work on it but I definitely recommend this HIGHLY. This might be some of the most potent herb you’re going to find at the moment.

Finally. For months now I’ve woken up every morning and immediately checked this menu hoping and waiting for Papa Alt Sol to bless us with this beautiful skunk. This is one of the finest Sativas you will encounter it’s so damn fine. Besides Aussie Blues this is my favorite sativa of all we have available. Seeing how incredible this strain is and knowing how fine Haze is my actual favorite strain of all it makes my mouth water just thinking of how amazing Super Lemon Haze must be the real one. This fine Lemon Skunk crossed with a Haze must be like sex in your lungs. Anyways for anyone looking for a good Solid daytime sativa or wake and bake strain this is it. I promise you The chances of you finding a better sativa than this are slim to none. This strain is LOADED with terpinolene though so if your prone to anxiety you might wanna steer clear of this one especially considering how damn potent it is. When sunmed does this right it easily passes 4% terps. Lemon skunk Is actually one of their highest testing strains in regards to terpenes especially so it’s some Terpy genetics. Obviously Alt Sols cut is superior to Sunmeds. It’s high in terpinolene has lots of Ocimene lots of caryophyllene followed by pinene then myrcene I listed those in order from most dominant to least there is also trace amounts of other ones I won’t mention since they’re in low amounts. Now obviously it doesn’t mean alt sols batch has the same profile but I would assume it’s gonna be pretty similar. I also wanted to add real quick in case anyone doesn’t know this. Terpinolene is always shown and listed as a sedating terpene that’s supposed to relax you when you read about it however it turns out that is absolutely not the case with cannabis. The reason they would say that is based off all studies Of ONLY terpinolene by itself in rodents. However it’s been discovered that in combination with THC it elicits a very stimulating response Most of all the raciest trippiest most energetic sativas are terpinolene dominant strains. Thai sativas, Haze strains all terpinolene.

God Bless you Alt Sol for doing this. This is the type of strain you almost never come across in the legal market here. When I saw all those land races In the genetics I got overwhelmingly exited I wanted to get a quarter but could only get a 8th which is nice with a limited batch to ensure more people get a chance to try it. It was just a little bit drier than I’d like a boveda would have made a big difference in this case regardless I still love this because of the affects more than anything it didn’t taste special at all and the smell is not too pungent but not bad either The structure of the flowers is absolutely beautiful looks like a textbook sativa with these long conical foxtaily flowers. But man let me tell you the effects though. Recently until a few days ago for almost 2 weeks I consumed no cannabis at all and completely lost my tolerance. I smoked this in the morning i’m not kidding when I say I had one of the most productive and driven mornings I’ve had in a very very very long time. I was in machine Beast mode like a robot as if I had consumed some amphetamines I was in an amazing mood and had the energy and drive and motivation to keep knocking things out and I got my house so incredibly clean. And there wasn’t the slightest heaviness or sedation from it. Like a true sativa but with such genetics it’s what you’d expect. I promise you this is some of the best morning medicine you can currently get in DC. If you’re a sativa lover you’d be a fool not to try this. Just wait till they bring their Lemon Skunk back! On their website a week or two ago maybe I saw on their list of strains “Sour LSD” showed up and got me super exited I had been waiting to see it but I just saw it disappeared from their site. I cannot wait to smoke this goo Che before the gym today I’ll roll up a nice spliff of this stuff for my preworkout boost. Cannabis is my pre-workout of choice and much healthier than all the stimulant loaded pre-workouts.

Alt sol does it again Setting the standard and putting the other cultivators to shame. I’m so happy The wonderful man who tended to my Buds told me this was very good see I wasn’t sure if I was going to get an eighth or a quarter especially since I’ve never had it before but I had a feeling it would be good and he told me it was and he was getting more so I decided to get a quarter I’m so happy I did. I got to say though it’s not what I was expecting not to say it’s bad if anything If anything it’s way better than I expected. I was under the impression I would smell like any other Kush I have had or at least be similar but this doesn’t make me think “kush” at all. I like this better than any other Kush variety Ive had. I’m typically not that big of a fan of indicas but I love this. To me this has a fruity kind of tropical sweet flavor. Trying to describe the flavor or scent is so subjective so it might smell like something else to you. I really like that effects the most i’m extremely stoned on it right now and it’s very difficult to write this. To me this has it all it smells wonderful, it tastes good, it’s visually pleasing, very terpy, cured and flushed well, and has an amazing high it’s potent don’t let the 25% fool you this got me higher than several Samples of flower I have that are testing over 30%. Even If your a Sativa Lover you have to at least try this. Amazing work as always Alt Sol keep smoking the competition. Actually I’m very fond of Abatin as well. Anyways it’s “fire” as the cool kids would say.

I have a gigantic large cola of this and holy crap is it good. I think this might have taken the new place as my favorite Indica. To me it smells extremely fruity tastes ridiculously good as well. I believe there’s cherry pie genetics in there as well it seems to have that sweetness to it. Definitely a terpy choice and this batch came out wonderful as you’d expect from Alt Sol. Cured to perfection yet again. This is some truly primo flower. In case you’re not aware yet this flower comes from the very best cultivator in the DMV you absolutely cannot go wrong with this choice. You don’t have to worry about getting a garbage batch like you do with center city or district growers. District growers needs to be ashamed of themselves charging an arm and a leg for such substandard flowers. If only they’d learn from you alt sol those silly gooses.... anyways thank you for another solid flavorful choice. I will definitely be purchasing this again. Also thank you again for preparing another batch of your legendary Skunky Lemon for us my beautiful papas and mamas....

I just have to say this should not be sitting on shelves this long not to say it’s been a long time it hasn’t technically it’s still fresh but I’m surprised it’s not sold out this is probably by far the most flavorful strain available at TWC period. I haven’t had anything before with such a pronounced and insane terpene profile this is some of the terpiest flower there is with one of the most unique and mind blowing fragrances I’ve ever come across this is what I imagined blueberry or blue dream would have tasted or smelled like. This is miles and miles ahead of any version of blue dream I’ve ever had by far. Please don’t let the THC numbers get you down true potency does not come from just high THC numbers at all. Everything has to be in place including a high terpene content and often super high thc strains are low in terps. If you want to treat yourself with something truly special and truly unique the type of flower you rarely come across you have to try this. To anyone who hasn’t tried this this is my first recommendation at the moment Out of everything available. This is truly like a fine piece of art or like a 80 year old bottle of Macallan. If this was available during medieval times it would’ve only been royalty smoking it this would not have gotten into the hands of peasants like us we must remain grateful to be blessed with such magnificent flowers.

I just saw on my last review I mentioned this was potent but this last 8th I just got from the new batch seems way more potent. I don’t know if it is or not and I don’t know if my tolerance lowered without me realizing maybe the past few days but I’m the highest I’ve been in well over a year right now and that’s a bold statement but it’s true. I’m useless at the moment I keep dropping things and bumping into things I had a ridiculously long day working today so I was looking forward to trying this very much and I was blown away. It tasted amazing as its almost always guaranteed to be as long as Alt Sol is growing it. They are number 1 in our corner of the Solar System they deliver the dankest of the dank. As I always say they got their curing process down better than anyone else at the moment. Now I’m not saying I smoke and drive because that’s illegal but normally over the past year I don’t remember the last time I smoked anything and thought to myself I cannot drive but this made me feel there’s no way in hell I could operate heavy machinery hanging with the viper. I wish I could smoke this and ride the Dodge tomahawk that ridiculous motorcycle they stuck a 8L + v10 Viper Engine inside of. Also thank you A.S for working up another batch of Lemon Skunk to bless us with! No joke that was the best news I had all week. I will stock up on it big time this round! Alt Sol is literally smoking the competition and setting bar insanely high even higher than how high I am.

I know I left a review for this already in the past but I have to add this. A few days ago I came across some lab testing data from alternative solutions for this dog walker OG of theirs. I couldn’t believe what I saw at first it was testing at almost 4% THCV which is beyond insane. That is officially the highest I have seen ever in any dispensary in our DMV area. Honey Badger Haze from HMS and Cinderella 99 from Harvest are the only two I’ve seen besides this with any decent amount but even then the most I saw was one batch of the Cindy that had almost 2.4% of it. Never have I seen such high numbers like this Though it’s higher even then the levels you might expect from legit African land races. Which makes me curious since this is showing up for this strain I wonder what it’s testing at with their Supposed Durban poison. This is like Doug’s varin or pineapple purps or something got mixed in to this genetics. I remember on an episode of strain hunters after they returned from the Congo with the rare Congolese landrace They were in the lab and it tested over 1% and I remember how excited they got over that they said they had never seen it over one full percent in flower before and here we have almost 4%
If you’re diabetic or chunky this is the herb for you!

I was waiting for the strain to come back so I could finally try it and I got an 8th yesterday as one of my purchases. At first I was not impressed it was very dry, did not smell or look too special and had a few seeds. Unfortunately they were not proper and mature seeds so it was disappointing. I actually get happy unlike most when I find seeds in my dispensary herb it’s free seeds for proper strains can’t beat that if you like growing but when the seeds aren’t mature it’s a let down because the herbs quality was sacrificed and you didn’t even get any seeds you can grow. Anyways like I said it upon first inspection the quality did not seem that great especially compared to other flower I have had from this cultivator district cannabis actually puts out some great stuff often I actually think they do pretty well. So what made this special was the effects! It wasn’t overly euphoric and didn’t feel all that potent at first but within 20 minutes of finishing this bowl I kid you not I was sitting on the toilet nodding out like I was back on Smack I could not keep my eyes open no matter how hard I tried I had to go to sleep even though I wasn’t planning on it. This is a true hash plant and since it was pretty dry there was kief everywhere. I had to do 4 stars just because even though the quality was not that impressive the effects MORE than made up for it. I want a good indica to be able to go to sleep so this absolutely checks that box. Great pure indica for truly relaxing and sleeping. This is strictly sleeping medicine for me.

I absolutely loved the last batch but this is even better. More terps it smells and tastes AMAZING. Another excellent amazing job by Alt Sol. The best cultivator in DC by far. I’m just a little sad that these strains came back again before Lemon Skunk which makes me think Alt Sol discontinued it. I sure hope not first they got rid of Aussie Blues which was one of the best Sativas you could find in ANY dispensary and I was so crushed and disappointed. Then they made me happy again with the Lemon Skunk because then that became the best sativa we have available at all. Alt Sol I’m begging you I will literally get on my knees and beg you to please provide some more sativa genetics. Your Jack Herer is phenomenal so is this Berry Cinex but I wouldn’t consider the Berry Cinex a true sativa. At the moment your Jack is the only true and good sativa you have. The Panama red is amazing but it’s not really Panama red it’s not a true sativa, and your Durban and Acapulco are not that great at all. With your amazing potential I wish you’d do another haze type strain. Inzane in the membrane is a recklessly amazing sativa from ethos genetics which is perfect for commercial growing even gleaf in Maryland grows it but they can’t grow well and it still comes out better and terpier than anything else they grow it’s their only strain that consistently tests over 2% terps and almost always well over 30% Thca and it produces large trippy sharp smelling flowers that everyone refers to as the adderall of cannabis here in Maryland. Every time I get that strain I think to myself how bad I wish alt sol could grow it instead and just how much better it could be. So please Alt Sol I beg of you to bless my peasant soul with more proper sativas. Most of your best strains are more for indica lovers unfortunately.

This was one of the 8ths I purchased yesterday. I was exited seeing it was testing high I thought it would be a good batch but boy was I wrong. It was a horrible batch. See Center City is way too hit or miss I purchase a lot of their products and I’ve had more bad batches than good batches. I had a batch of their Silver Kush that was amazing and reminded me of Columbia’s ghost train haze full of terpinolene and it smelled just like haze and haze is my favorite strain in the world. When center city does a good batch of their chocolope I absolutely love it and it is one of my favorite flowers at TWC unfortunately though you just can’t be sure if the batch you will get will be a good one. Center City has no consistency in their quality. It’s way up and down like a roller coaster. They really need to work on this and work harder on the quality of your flower. Again it took me a while to say this. I would not be leaving a bad review like this if I only had one or two bad batches. It’s frustrating because you expect a certain quality since you’ve had a certain quality in the past then you spend the money and they give you some trash it’s disappointing it makes you feel like you waste your money. Center City you don’t want people thinking this. I have had crappy batches of your chocolope, your jack, your GDP, your blue dream, your cookies and cream, lucid dream all of them And many of them I’ve never had a good batch. I have had some amazing batches of your chocolope Though and one decent batch of lucid dream but that’s it. Most of the flower in my collection from you center city is bunk. You can definitely do better than this with the resources you have at hand. Have some self respect please and work harder on your product. I shouldn’t be disappointed this often with someone’s products The thing is you are cultivating some great genetics which is why I keep trying because I know you do have the capacity to put out some good batches so I stay hopeful and think oh maybe this will be a good batch but I’m getting tired of getting let down with the quality. Alternative Solutions is spanking you at the moment Center City how about some competitiveness please.... you should be trying to outdo them. It’s OK to have a bad batch here and there even alt sol or anyone else for that matter has bad batches sometimes it happens but it shouldn’t happen as often as it does with you.

These are some extremely funky, pungent, greasy and resinous buds. The majority of the 8th is one long fat dense conical bud and from its size was pushing against the inside walls of its packaging and in the clear side when taking the bud out you the greasy marking of sticky resin stuck on the inside of the clear side of the packaging. Alternative Solutions is proving to have some of the most impressive consistency in quality compared to literally EVERY other cultivator both sides of the border for me. I am consistently sampling from most cultivators in Maryland and DC and in the past close to 3 years of doing so I have not encountered such consistency. There are obviously a few other cultivators who put out some great products often and that I consider good at what they do too but not on this level. As soon as I crack open the packaging the scent hits you real hard good luck trying to be discreet with this. To me more than anything other scent i can smell the Chem in it, it smells exactly like a batch of Chem de la Chem I had a year ago and since they did an amazing job curing this again as well the scent carries on strongly to its flavor it tastes wonderful and hits rather smooth. It’s effects were Indica leaning for sure but not overwhelmingly sedating either. You could totally use this for sleep but you could also get stuff done on it if you needed to. When you ignore the THC number and consider all the other factors of quality flower that actually matter the most you appreciate and understand why Alternative Solutions is one of the best In the business. I just wish they would have some more stimulating daytime options for the Sativa Fans out there.

So glad I picked up an 8th of this yesterday! This is one of the first Terpinolene Rich high CBD strains I’ve encountered and that in itself makes it very special. Nothing like this exists on the Maryland Market yet. So far we’ve only had access to High CBD cultivars being also high in Pinene mostly for better daytime choices in CBD strains. The Medi Haze at TWC is actually not bad either in this regard. All that just made me realize most similar choices in Maryland stink Besides the mango from Willy’s grown by Culta which is one of their few often testing over 4% terps. Now back to this flower. I was initially going to give it four stars just because I I should rarely ever be using five stars anyways because 5 star flower is very very RARE in truth. I have simply just never in my entire life gotten anything from any dispensary anywhere on the legal market that was anywhere near as good as the very best stuff I ever had on the black market so technically I shouldn’t have ever given anything five stars four stars is amazing though when you think of it that way. The reason this got four stars which is like five stars for The quality most people are used to is because of the price! At that price this is an unbelievable value. I’ve actually had some pretty serious pain in my left knee the past few days from work so I have actually been finally using most of my high CBD strains the past few days and tried this finally today so I got to compare them all. This Lemon Meringue smells the way I wished the medi haze would have smelled. This is my favorite scent to cannabis the terpinolene type citrussy notes which tends to smell way more like citrus fruit than limonene rich strains often would and you know you’re gonna be getting things done when you smell this amazing scent. I smoke this is soon as I woke up this morning and just breaking it up put a smile on my face from the smell alone it’s not over dried at all and the buds are plump thick dense healthy and pungent. As soon as I finished my bowl the pain in my knee was completely gone and even though I did not feel very high per se It did still put me in an amazing mood and I got straight to work I didn’t waste any time dragging around like I do many mornings I want straight out to refill the birdfeeders and the water bowls for the birds squirrels and deer and I felt at peace with the world as I was sitting there after watching all the birds and squirrels feasting away and bathing in their water bowls. Then I got busy tending to my plants which are showing signs of nitrogen deficiency even though they’ve received plenty of nitrogen I’m almost positive I ruined the soils PH every time I was feeding them or watering them I was accidentally adjusting the pH according to the wrong growing medium I was adjusting to almost 6.0 even every time not realizing for soil I wanted to be closer to seven. I also came to that conclusion this morning after being able to sit and focus on my research thanks to this wonderful lemon meringue . This is truly one of the very best options we have available for people who need a high CBD cultivar for truly productive days. One of the very best daytime options i have ever even tried to this day. You did an awesome job on this Abatin. This and your House Line have been very impressive indeed keep up the great work! I should also mention how smoothly this smoked with absolutely no irritation to my throat and a very clean Ash at the end of the bowl so thanks for taking your time to flush most excess nutrients out for us!

Every time I have been lucky enough to enjoy some of this fine flower I have not been let down at all. I generally prefer Sativas however during the evenings or when I truly have nothing to do which is rare this is truly one of my favorite choices. This strains effects are extremely relaxing and somewhat sedating for how I personally respond to it and it definitely has a highly euphoric intense high making this some potent flower better left for those with at least somewhat of a tolerance to avoid possibly feeling overwhelmed, it’s not recklessly potent though so no need to be afraid either by any means. We all know from taking a quick glance just how visually pleasing this strain is to just look at alone with its abundance of colors and purple and it’s overabundance of properly developed beautiful trichomes coating over the sea of purple like a fine layer of Magical Health Crystals of Healing. Personally though what makes this strain so special to me is it’s scent and flavor. I would honestly smoke this regularly for the flavor alone it’s that good. This is definitely some highly terpy flower. Anything I’ve ever smoked with Gelato in it has tasted absolutely amazing. In my opinion based on how I personally reacted I would say that this is a more sedating version of Gelato basically a more indica leaning gelato put simply. I have only tried three batches so far with this last one I just bought being my first eighth however I can honestly say that this is another one of the few strains I have seen such consistency in quality with meaning District Cannabis seems to be doing an excellent job producing this Cultivar. They are charging top shelf prices because they do their best to put out top shelf flower. I would highly recommend this flower especially if you want something that tastes truly amazing. Consume this because it’s good quality though not because some rapper told you to by the way that’s just dumb.

I’ve been sampling from all cultivators so I can give proper feedback. I get excited because district growers chooses some good genetics to grow. And seeing how they are the most expensive cultivator by far You would think the quality would match the price but it sadly does not at all as a matter of fact they might be one of my least favorite cultivators at this point. They do not put out a good product consistently everything I have tried from them and I always get an eighth not a gram so I can see some nice size buds to sample and I always get my purchase immediately as soon as it gets to TWC so I know I am getting the freshest sample from the cultivator that has not been sitting in the dispensary for a while. Every single morning the very first thing I do when I wake up is look through the menu at TWC to see what’s new. I’ve probably bought about seven or eight samples from District growers so far and like I said the actual quality of the grow is very poor. Often overdried and not cured well. I did not get a clean white ash from this batch of lemon og indicating a not so quality job flushing their nutrients out either. They also definitely have some problem with their testing or the lab they are using often just like this case for example this batch of lemon OG is claiming 39% thc which I can promise you is complete bullshit. I just got an 8th of their king tut testing at 35% and that was not nice either unfortunately. I remember I saw a batch of it they claimed it was over 40% once that’s when I knew there was something seriously wrong with their testing rest assured from this grower if you see something testing insanely high that it is not really that high this cultivator just has some problematic cannabinoid testing going on. I respect their method I believe they are one of the only cultivators I know around here Growing with aeroponics however even though they have this fancy method in place it really doesn’t matter because the end result the end product is mediocre at best time and time again it’s quite laughable that they charge as much as they do seeing how their quality is consistently below the other cultivators here who charge less. If you were to compare all of the flower I have gotten from District growers to some of the flower I’ve gotten from alternative solutions there is no competition alternative solutions regularly blows them out of the water like the foolish Americans testing their nuclear weapons underwater near the Marshall islands years and years ago ruining those poor natives islands..... The only thing I like at this point about district growers is some of the genetics they are choosing to grow like their star 51 and lambs bread they cultivate a few proper “sativa” strains which I respect since our medical market in this area lacks proper sativas however at the end of the day if these proper sativa’s they’re growing are shit quality it doesn’t help us much does it? You got to get your game in order District growers the quality you put out it’s embarrassing for the price you charge. Get your shit together and stop selling us hay if you wanna charge an arm and a leg for it I hope you are embarrassed and you do something about it because quite frankly you need to do something about it because you should be embarrassed selling this crap.. and I’m referring to The cultivators being embarrassed not TWC they have no part in this problem this is all on District Growers. I suggest anyone reading this try a gram first instead of jumping to an eighth with this cultivator in general with anything they put out because there’s a chance you won’t like it Very much and you don’t want to spend 63 bucks and be disappointed when you could spend less money and get a FAR superior product!! I have never yet not once bought anything from District growers that I was impressed or happy with and wanted to keep smoking everything I have bought from them has continued sitting in the bag in my collection As I have no desire to smoke any of it when I have such better flower available to smoke. If you’re going to charge a premium price you’d better start putting out a premium product.

To all you over at A.S you are setting the standard high in this market and I genuinely thank you for it!! You know I’m typically a straight only sativa guy and I’ve been getting an eighth of everything you guys come out with Just because you know how to grow WELL. I’m always happy when I purchase A.S products. Like just a day or two before I bought the eighth of this black cherry soda I got an eighth of their fog jam and by the time I came back to write a review on it it was gone that’s how good it was my entire eighth was just one fat dense cola And it was definitely one of the best Indicas I have ever had! But this review is about the black cherry soda I should start off by saying in this case also my entire eighth was one giant nug Just like the fog jam however much larger since it was not his debts and it looks ridiculously beautiful this nugget of Fros just like the fog jam however much larger since it was not as dense and it looks ridiculously beautiful. This nug of BCS is One of the most beautiful visually pleasing nugs I have seen in longer than I can remember with its beautiful light purple all thru the entire bud. Cured to perfection. Whoever is doing the Pheno hunting over there needs to be given a cookie and I mean a real cookie not that greedy fat ass Berners damn cookies Berner can shove his cookies up his busy rectum. This strain is definitely high and limonene that’s all that I can detect for sure but this is definitely some delicious lip smacking herb. And one thing that I noticed especially is that the high comes on super fast for me as soon as I took my first rip it immediately hit me in my head. This is an extremely functional hybrid that’s super relaxing and won’t put you to sleep. Or at least I don’t think it should but everyone does react differently so you’ll have to see for yourself but I sure hope you will. If you’re on the fence on buying this just do it I was on the fence too also because it wasn’t testing as high let me tell you though it may only be 20% but this is one of those cases where it sure feels stronger than that. I’m literally sitting like a child waiting for the next drop of lemon skunk so I can buy a ton of it this time. As I said alternative solutions keeps out doing themselves and this BCS is certainly no exception. I just wish they replaced their Durban Poison and Acapulco gold with some strains that actually have some wicked sativa effects to them! Either way I’m ridiculously grateful for their existence and for the fact they are setting the standards so high for the other cultivators. Writing this actually made me wanna smoke a bowl of it now which is what I’m going to proceed to do after pressing this period key.

This was one of my purchases yesterday. And I was pleasantly surprised by it. Being a cheaper “Budget” choice I really wasn’t expecting much. Not only did I love the actual genetics way more than I expected but it was also grown and processed very well! It’s also definitely a terpinolene fueled Sativa. Everything about it’s Smell and even it’s flavor when I was chewing up and eating the leaves and stem reminded me of Dread Bread. I actually grabbed some dread bread out of my collection to compare and I honestly could barely tell the difference between the two if you gave me a sample of each unlabeled and I had to guess Which is which I would not be able to do it by smell and taste but perhaps just my looks. Dread Bread has wonderful landrace genetics so this ”house sativa” appears to have some tropical equatorial sativa influence but I could be completely wrong about that. I know the sample was sitting for sometime it’s not the freshest sample and it wasn’t stored with a boveda/boost pack And even so surprisingly it wasn’t as dry as I thought it would be and it still smells very nice so it seems like Abatin really did a fine job producing and processing this batch. So obviously if you like the dread bread at TWC then you’ll most likely love this as well. I would definitely recommend this 100% especially for the price you can’t beat that or go wrong here. To be honest whenever you see a review from me on here it means I’m really high when I’m writing it which is why I am writing it. It also most likely means that whatever I smoked has those “Get motivated and productive” effects of a good “sativa” . It’s rather potent as well because I have not been able to complete my bowl yet unfortunately once I do if I can remember to I’ll update this on how the ash looks at the end of the bowl!

The flavor choices above are strange and confusing i picked Sw since I guess it means sweet and I have no idea what the other abbreviations stand for. Anyways on to this flower. Here is something truly amazing that I can say about Blood Orange from Alt Sol. that I don’t think I can say about any other strain from any other cultivator. Which is that i have been buying every batch of this I’ve seen coming out for some time now I’ve had several batches and every single one was amazing. I’ve never seen such high consistency in any strain from anyone it’s almost like it’s guaranteed it’s going to be an amazing batch which probably speaks volumes of this cuts particular genetics. In a way I guess you could say this is the best “Tangie” strain available from anyone in all of Maryland and DC. I have Sonny G from Verano, Clementine from HMS, Sour Tangie from Temescal I believe and this Blood Orange is BY FAR the very best by a long shot out of those each and every time. Each batch has also been ridiculously Terpy especially this last batch. It’s unreal to me how beautifully aromatic this strain is. It’s pungency will kick you in your nose. This is extremely functional daytime medicine great for those who want to stay active and still relief their symptoms. You honestly cannot go wrong with this choice I cannot recommend this more highly these chunky fat buds have been cured to sticky perfection each and every time. This is one of those strains that you want to smoke just because of how Godamn tasty it is. After your exhale the flavor lingers on your palate to where your licking and smacking your lips wishing ALL cannabis was this good. It’s definitely potent but not recklessly potent to where you end up questioning your life’s decisions and own morals. Beautiful work Alternative Solutions. It’s really tough to say whether I like this more or their Lemon Skunk because their both equally epic and both fall into the citrus strains hall of fame.

Out of all the flower I’ve ever tried from TWC this is one of the most POTENT. Out of the 100 plus strains I have this is one of the only ones that gets my eyes red and actually looking stoned from one hit. It’s definitely a hybrid I wouldn’t call it a sativa or a indica but 100 percent a hybrid it’s what I call a highly functional daytime indica if anything. It has this funky scent I can’t place any words on it yes you smell the citral influence but it almost also seems to have this cheesy funky pungent aroma. I definitely prefer this to the Triangle royale sister pheno. As I said though what makes this stand out is the ridiculous potency. It tastes amazing it’s smooth cured well. Just all around freakin phenomenal. If you want something that actually feels like it’s over 30% here you go. I’m not exaggerating when I say I have over 100 strains in my possession I like to have plenty to choose from and this is the only strain that when I smoke this OTHERS KNOW I’m high by looking at me right away. Because it actually does get me insanely baked. This is definitely also one of my favorite strains at TWC and I’m my opinion my favorite strain from District Cannabis. I ridiculously highly recommend this strain to anyone who has not tried it. Trust me it’s rare you come across flower this potent. This is the first time I’ll put a warning on a review for novices. If you don’t have a high tolerance I would DEFINITELY stay clear of this. You may end up regretting all your life’s choices since birth.

Every morning when I first wake up one of the first things I do is check all the menus of all the dispensary’s within 40 miles of me obviously including TWC which is my main go to. Yesterday in the morning when I saw they had a potent testing batch of this I jumped out of bed like a kid on Christmas. Super Silver Haze is one of my all time favorite strains ever and in this batch I can smell and taste the Haze in it sooooooo clearly. I hadn’t smelled this true Haze scent in sooooo long! I don’t suspect the terpene content of this batch to be very high unfortunately but it is a night and day difference between the last batch. This is one of the few strains available In the whole DC / MD market that could please any spoiled Haze connoisseur visiting from Europe. I’m dying to try this growers Lambs Bread as well! Good Job District Growers for picking a few solid sets of “Sativa” Generics for us in this market where proper sativas are so rare. Totally did not mind the 63$ price tag in this case. For these types of Sativas that typically flower longer In my opinion is one of the few cases I consider it perfectly ok to pay more for. If I could get an 8th of expertly grown REAL Neville’s haze for example I’d happily pay 100 for an 8th if it was available. For now this is one of the closest strains you’ll find to experience what a Haze is supposed to really be like. And now mind you this still isn’t considered an amazing sample of Haze but it is definitely very good. A lot of Hazes can be very difficult to grow well so you have to keep that in mind. It’s not easy growing a Haze perfectly. Not at all. So you gotta respect that their trying to get this dialed in still. Whenever I smell this flower it reminds me of being in Spain. Lost Cause is a strain worth looking into. It seems to flower in a short manner from its dosidos influence but it’s kept most of its Amnesia Haze traits it reminded me of straight Amnesia Haze only and not dosidos.

Ok I will reupdate this with a proper lengthy review once my fiancé leaves town and I have time again I have a lot of reviews to put up BUT I HAD to say this for now this is the BEST lemon skunk I’ve ever had I got sooooo freakin exited when I saw this on the menu and I raced over I’ve been waiting and waiting to see if Alt Sol brings their Aussie Blues back because that was one of the best sativas ive ever had from a dispensary it reminded me of the best sativas I got over 10 years ago. In case it’s not coming back then PLEASE do not discontinue this Lemon Skunk I’m talking to you Alt Sol. You did a FANTASTIC job on this batch. Im a sucker for Terpinolene and Sativas and we don’t have too many solid sativa options unfortunately, your Pineapple is amazing too btw but I think I might like this even better. Such a wonderful batch. Like I said I’ll update this with a proper review once I get a chance but just had to say for now that this was soooooo freakin nice. In Maryland if you want Lemon Skunk you must settle for Sunmed unfortunately and if you’ve had lemon skunk from sunmed in Maryland this is a world apart in quality you must try. I have probably about 140-180 samples of flower currently and this lemon skunk is one of my favorites. It was immediately as soon as I just saw and smelled it I knew I was gonna love it! Please keep it up Alt Sol we need some more solid Haze like strains out here for us Sativa Lovers. The Europeans have their Sativas in check we need to catch up. Look into Inzane in the membrane from ethos genetics it has super lemon haze, ghost train haze, citral glue, and forbidden fruit. It flowers fast enough and yields high enough to make it viable for commercial growth and let me tell you it is one of the best sativa strains I’ve ever had from a dispensary if Alt Sol grew that with their skill it would be epic. The Aussie Blues was epic and so was this Lemon Skunk. Gotta go for now. Take care and thanks again for this epic flower

Such a wonderful batch. Like I said I’ll update this with a proper review once I get a chance but just had to say for now that this was soooooo freakin nice. In Maryland if you want Lemon Skunk you must settle for Sunmed unfortunately and if you’ve had lemon skunk from sunmed in Maryland this is a world apart in quality you must try. I have probably about 140-180 samples of flower currently and this lemon skunk is one of my favorites. It was immediately as soon as I just saw and smelled it I knew I was gonna love it! Please keep it up Alt Sol we need some more solid Haze like strains out here for us Sativa Lovers. The Europeans have their Sativas in check we need to catch up. Look into Inzane in the membrane from ethos genetics it has super lemon haze, ghost train haze, citral glue, and forbidden fruit. It flowers fast enough and yields high enough to make it viable for commercial growth and let me tell you it is one of the best sativa strains I’ve ever had from a dispensary if Alt Sol grew that with their skill it would be epic. Ok I will reupdate this with a proper lengthy review once my fiancé leaves town and I have time again I have a lot of reviews to put up BUT I HAD to say this for now this is the BEST lemon skunk I’ve ever had I got sooooo freakin exited when I saw this on the menu and I raced over I’ve been waiting and waiting to see if Alt Sol brings their Aussie Blues back because that was one of the best sativas ive ever had from a dispensary it reminded me of the best sativas I got over 10 years ago. In case it’s not coming back then PLEASE do not discontinue this Lemon Skunk I’m talking to you Alt Sol. You did a FANTASTIC job on this batch. Im a sucker for Terpinolene and Sativas and we don’t have too many solid sativa options unfortunately, your Pineapple is amazing too btw but I think I might like this even better. So I finally got around to trying this I got the 8th of this about 2 weeks ago but for the first time in life I have the problem of having too much weed over 100 8ths of all different strains. I have 3 different samples of Jack Herer to compare it to I have Jack from Liberty I have Jack from Verano I have a Jack F1 from CRU Cannabis in California, and this from Abatin so I have a lot of Jack Herers to compare this to that will be one of the videos I’ll eventually make is comparing all these Jacks! Verano seems to have the closest to real Jack. I’ve read in 2 different books that Jack Herer when it’s real Jack is supposed to lean very much towards its Haze parentage the most in structure as well and hence its terpinolene dominance and the Verano sample checked all those boxes i ended up not smoking the 2 gram giant nug because it was the first flower I had in the Maryland market that looked just like a textbook pure haze it is such a beautiful specimen to gaze upon. But before you get too exited verano May have the genetics in that case however Verano does not even come remotely close to Abatin when it comes to the actual quality of the flower. Abatin has some of the most skilled growers in the area and that’s a fact. If you go with Verano the chances of getting a bad batch are significant. With Abatin it’s much less I’ve only seen one batch from Abatin I wasn’t too pleased with but that one bad batch from Abatin was still much higher quality then the bad batches you might get with Verano Maryland’s supposed “luxury” cultivator. One major problem with Verano has been getting really dry buds WHEN THEY HAVENT BEEN SITTING ON THE SHELF. Like the dispensary will get a fresh batch and it will be dry. The only way I predict you’ll ever get anything dry from Abatin is if it’s been sitting on the shelf for ages. There’s nothing worst than getting some bone dry buds that crumble to dust when you squeeze it. Listen this batch of Jack from Abatin has been sitting on the shelf for quite some time and it’s still nice granted I did put up a boveda in immediately once I got it. But it wasn’t too dry when I got it because it retained its Terps thank god. Now that takes me to the next subject the Terpenes. So Libertys Jack which they discontinued was NOT jack herer at all it only had trace amounts of Terpinolene when it had any at all and I mean under .05% . On the Sativa Spectrum of Terpenes where it got its “Sativaness” from was a rather large amount of Pinene specifically Alpha Pinene more so. The one good batch they had was amazing the rest were no good which is why they discontinued it. They claimed it was too difficult to grow. ALL the rest were Terpinolene dominant. The Sample from California only had cannabinoid testing it did not have terpene testing however smelling it it’s obvious it’s loaded with Terpinolene as well! However this batch of Jack from Abatin is NOT terpinolene dominant I’d be willing to bet my life on it and I’m willing to bet it’s Limonene dominant. I just took another fresh green hit. Even before smoking it just from smelling it and tasting it I always eat a little bit of every sample of flower that’s been the best and easiest way for me to develop my ability to detect certain terps thru eating and smelling not just smelling alone. Limonene I can detect thru smell and taste but with Limonene specifically more than any other terp when I smoke a properly cured sample I taste it in the smoke very clearly. When I pack a bowl to taste a sample I pack what I like to call flavor bowl. What this means basically is I use two pairs of long thin tweezers to pull apart the bud without touching it with my fingers and I use the tweezers so that I can only pack the Calyxes NOTHING else but the calyxes are allowed in my “flavor bowls” no leaf no stem nothing but perfectly shaped calyxes into a CLEAN bowl and I use hemp wick to light. I have found this is the best and most accurate way for me to taste the flavor profile of each sample. Limonene is actually probably my favorite Terpene! So I love this batch of Jack from Abatin! This Classic Jack is a Limonene Loaded Daytime Strain and It sure is delicious! Abatin did a fantastic Job curing this flower. The flowers are beautiful actually coated with a sticky layer of beautiful trichomes and I swear It looks almost as though I can see some hues of light purple in some parts. I ordered a USB microscope for my videos so we will all be able to see together under the microscope if there is purple indeed or not. I’m very exited for that contraption! I’m eyeing more Abatin I plan on having all their strains to examine I’m so exited to try their classic cookies and lemon cookies their classic purps I’m praying I see their trainwreck again I’m dying to try that especially. You know I had a full 8th of Lemon Crush from them and I loved it so godamn much I had to go back for a second 8th just so I can smoke the whole 8th because I have to save a good bit of main 8th for when I do a video on it. My videos are being delayed because I don’t have everything perfect yet it all has to be perfect but it will be very very soon! I actually have an 8th of their classic og haze to review as well and what’s interesting about that is that was originally what drew me to TWC in the first place for my first visit a year or so ago! I saw OG Haze on their menu and I thought it might be actual original pure haze so I raced there to get it. It wasn’t original haze I realized I’m guessing it was a og kush x haze cross or something like that it was really nice though nonetheless it tasted amazing and got me hooked on TWC, Abatin, and coming to DC in general for my flower! Anyways I would totally buy this again even though it wasn’t terpinolene dominant! Like I said Limonene is one of my favorites so i was very happy. This is still great flower! Also me saying this batch was not terpinolene dominant is ONLY referring to this batch and this batch only! It’s very possible other batches might be terpinolene dominant it’s not likely but it is possible I’ve seen it happen. Just like pink lemonade from evermore in Maryland sometimes some batches are Terpinolene dominant and some batches are myrcene dominant different phenos I guess but I hadn’t heard of or seen a Limonene dominant batch of Jack herer before. We all have to keep in mind strain names are no longer a accurate judgment of genetics. Perfect example Alternative Solutions none of their landrace strains except maybe possibly the Acapulco Gold are real. I can’t speak on the Acapulco because I just don’t know but I know for a fact their Durban is not really Durban poison and their Panama red is not really Panama red And again I’m not saying it’s bad weed and again I’m not saying it’s bad weed especially their Panama red whatever it is it’s amazing but it’s not PR. Every single cultivator has this issue it’s nothing unique to anyone cultivator. You have to expect it from every single cultivator there isn’t a single one out there that I know of at least that has 100% clean track record of actually having accurate genetics. They may have every intention of having that actual strain but maybe the source the seeds come from had a mix up or just has Different seeds or whatever it could be a million reasons. With some strains especially though like those rare landraces like Durban or Panama or Acapulco those strains ESPECIALLY are so hard to actually come by. For example for Durban poison I have tried it in Vegas and California in DC and Maryland any time I ever saw it at a dispensary I had to get it. I’ve never had the real thing yet in America at a dispensary the closest I came to it was from grassroots in Maryland but that wasn’t it either. I had real Durban at a cannabis cafe in Malaga Spain a few years ago that sample was just like the way it’s described always having a licorice or anise seed like scent and it really was some of the raciest most stimulating herb I’ve ever had just like Dr.Grinspoon. If you wanna see what truly being close to a pure “sativa” looks like google images search Dr.Grinspoon that’s some weird looking but amazing cannabis you will NEVER see in a dispensary in your life I highly doubt it. I’ll be doing a written review here soon for Abatins Classic OG Kush what a wonderful pickup that was too man such a beautiful 8th I’ve been smoking their OG kush i had to when I opened it 2 weeks ago. God Bless Abatin for providing us with some truly amazing medicine they are absolutely one of my favorite cultivators out of DC or Maryland!!

I have been to many many dispensaries in Maryland and a few in DC. Besides Liberty all the other dispensaries I’ve been to in Maryland are not that great some are even horrible like Harvest. Takoma is my number one at this point and Liberty is number two. One of the biggest problems at other dispensaries is the staff especially in some dispensaries you’ll see some budtenders that I’m sorry to say HAVE NO BUSINESS WORKING IN THIS INDUSTRY. And that’s a godamn fact. If I ran a dispensary there’s no way In hell I’d let some of those people work in it. It’s embarrassing. And it’s not fair to patients coming there relying on their “supposed knowledge” these people will put their trust in these budtenders because they assume “oh they must know what their talking about I mean they do work here after all for Christ’s sake” oh how wrong they may be. Luckily you don’t have to worry about that at Takoma. You can ask for Jesse Specifically I can assure you he will not guide you wrong! Besides the staff at Takoma being knowledgeable they have got to be some of the friendliest, kindest, sweetest, coolest most hospitable human beings I have encountered at a dispensary as if they were all genetically engineered in a Super Advanced Cannabinoid Research Facility on another planet and exported to earth to a secret alien dispensary put on earth in dc by another cannabis worshipping civilization to benefit the humans if such a secret dispensary existed it would be Takoma. Their security ladies especially are the biggest sweethearts on this planet. And when my little iko went to takoma with me before all this viral madness they all treated her like royalty literally and in my book humans who are good to animals are the finest specimen of humans around so god bless them for this. I’ll say this too I’m one of the more difficult and picky people to deal with and no other dispensary except liberty in Maryland like my said is so patient with me and remain so professional and polite and they never make me feel like I’m wasting their time or annoying them this is another thing I love about Takoma. Next, their Cannabis Selection is freaking Epic like no joke especially the selection of Sativa Dominant Strains that come thru here. This is actually what drew me to Takoma in the first place I saw their menu online and had to go. If your a Sativa Lover especially in Maryland you have to go to Takoma simply because of the Fact the Maryland Market is still SEVERELY slacking in the Sativa Department so even if you want there’s really not much to choose from (that is acceptable quality at least). You have to understand TWC is not close to me it’s a far drive for me when I go I don’t live in DC but every time I am on that long drive I sure am exited because I’ve never left there unhappy the cannabis is just so damn fine there. DC in general overall has better quality cannabis all around. I could honestly sit here all day and tell you more reasons why TWC has become my favorite dispensary but I have a life and A LOT to do always so I will just tell you the last favorite reason why TWC is superior. I went there to buy an 8th of something for a video again a few days ago there was some more stuff I wanted but couldn’t get at the moment because I’ve spent an insane amount of money on the channel I am preparing and they told me I had a bunch of points saved up and I didn’t even know they had a point system. Long story short I went there expecting to pay 60$ and ended up leaving with over 120$ worth of Cannabis for free. I mean are you kidding ? It sounds like a sick joke but I assure you I am not telling a fib. I had amassed enough points for it. I had never in my life been that happy leaving any cannabis business not in America not in Amsterdam not in Spain that says a lot.
All hail TWC and their amazing flower. Oh yes i was quite stoned when I wrote all that earlier but i just realized I completely forgot to mention Erick he dwells in the cave where the Herbs are stored and gets your order togerher and presents it to us Pateints. This man has personally done a lot for me as well. Its why i know his name just Erick and Jesse the only two names i know so far and I am horribke with Names. Its 4:40 AM and i just smoked some gelato cake from Phyto as recommended to me there and for me personally it seems to be one of the most sedative strains out of my collection. I will be going there tomorrow actually for an 8th of GTH and im so exoted because its one of my favorite strains i want to compare it to the two seperate other batches of GTH i have from Verano for content and i highly highly suspect it will be much better from DC at Takoma, ok now thr gelato cake just fully kicked in and writing this just became very difficult i keep making mistakes and going unbelivably slow i just even nodded off there for a second its bedtime, gelato cake = one of the best strains ive had for sleep and getting a super heavy (indica) major couch lock strain. I just nodded off again for real must go to bed but just know that first of all i live pretty far from TWC it usually always takes me 45 minutes each way to go and its more expensive considering that not only are prices often cheaper to begin with in maryland but the veterans discount also being 22% in Maryland was always a reason for me to go however i am a firm beliver that with many things in life you get what you pay for and this is definately true for Cannabis. I am more than happy to pay more money if it truly means better quality any day of the week id even pay up to 100$ for a well grown and properly processed 8th of REAL Nevilles Haze or some other similar sativas that take decades to grow for example. And always remember every grower even the best has bad batches of flower sometimes so never judge any dispensary or cultivator based off of just seeing one or two samples. If you get some weed your not so happy with it happens to everyone this is a fact however in DC you also see much more consistency in quakity between batches and bad batches come thru takoma less for me than anywhere else so far. It took me over 30 minutes to finish this last part because of the cake of the gelato. So exited for GTH tomorrow! And also dying to swe another batch of chocolope or especially Aussie Blues. Aussie Blues stands out as the most unique strains available at TWC and it might be my favorite strain there actually. It has a scent that reminds me exactly of the most epic sativa strains i ever had in my life in Potomac around 2007 the best sativas of my life were going around then it was some of the best Cannabis i had in my life period and ever since then nothing ever came close to those though. Nothing from any dispensary anywhere is as good as that was. The Aussie Blues is the closest thing to those most epic legendary sativas i ever had both in its bud structure and appearance as well as its EXTREMELY UNIQUE scent i promise nothing else you had from a dispensary smells like this stuff it definitely is one of a kind. Smells definately like a very generous portion of limonene but then im wondering on its Pinenes and also if it has the super rare terps like eucalyptol or terpineol or terpinene and no i dont mean terpinolene. Good lord this is some truly truly fine and special Cannabis. Absolutely worth every penny of its premium Cannabis. Often you get what you pay for in this case that rule absolutely applies! This strain truly has some fantastic freakin genetics this becomes evident as soon as you examine a properly grown specimen. We are blessed it’s Abatin offering these fine genetics they are the best Cultivators in DC or Maryland. Sunmed has the right idea in MD but they don’t have the skill to back it and that is the reason for their poor quality. Abatin harnessed the power of the Sun and put it to good godamn use ladies and gentlemen. One of the supposed benefits of natural sunlight is apparently better terpene production with Abatin this seems to be accurate. I just picked up another 8th of this and I already had an 8th of it at my house I have ounces at my house made up of many many many different strains and I just chose to drive all the way to dc recently and to pay 60$ for another 8tn of this because I wanted to just smoke a whole 8th of it that has only happened one other time with a recklessly amazing batch of Texas shoreline from grassroots. The reason I won’t smoke most of the 8th I had is because I am saving it for content in my videos I will be doing. Lemon Crush was bred from Docs OG Kush cut discovered in Indiana back in the late 90s it was dubbed Kashmir because it was so smooth. She’s a bit different than the other Kush cuts found in California. That clone was hybridized with an original seed selection from Northern Lights #5 x Haze. This was voted the best THC flower in the world in 2017. With genetics like that A very special, unique and rare OG Kush Cut, the real legendary NL#5 and lastly one of my personal alltime favorite strains in the world the legendary epic amazing classic HAZE. And NL5 x Haze is definitely leaning way more Haze than NL I’ve had it in Amsterdam the real one and it’s mostly Haze. That’s where this Lemon Crush gets its Sativa side from the ultimate Sativa Haze. It’s why Ghost Train Haze is so epic an it’s only got some Real Haze in it. This is not a insanely racy or super speedy Sativa either. So this is also a perfect “Sativa” for all of you Indica Lovers as well as anyone who needs Indica Level Pain Relief during the daytime without getting really lazy. This definitely keeps me productive. This is also super unique a lot of modern cannabis is so similar this is definitely something unique However and that alone should be reason enough for you to try this. This was sitting on the shelf longer than it should have meaning many of you are making a big mistake not buying this and you really need to get with the program and try something unique when you hear something won an award when there is so much amazing cannabis and this was voted best that should at least make you curious enough to wanna try it. Haze brings awards people just look at my favorite strain which we sadly never see around here Super Silver Haze. It won MULTIPLE awards several different years and I was lucky enough to have the real deal in Spain but a really amazing batch and ever since it has been my favorite genetics ever although once I try the real Neville’s Haze someday I may change my mind. We need more Hazes it’s too bad their not economically viable. If only they did not take years to flower and yielded better. Maybe someday. Until then we will have to make due with all the finest Children of Haze like this epic Lemon Crush.
