I order a day after they open and it was a great experience to talk to someone right away. I didn't have to leave message at all. My phone was disabled from no signal and i missed my call. well i called back and they made it just in time. I later got a voice mail message from the first delivery person that he was at my place but no answer. Even that we have to deal with time management and gas they use to come out to deliver. Even if the call was missed by malfunction of phone etc. They get a 5 stars in my book for caring about my pain and needs. We all have to be patient sometimes because things don't always go as plan. When u put the effort to handling business and get to someone in a timely matter and give perfect service by calling to confirm everything. I am glad BPG is open again and soon i know u will find a another place to reside. No rush take your time and decide for the patients and staff and medicine to get a perfect place and hopefully never have to move. Hopefully everything work out keep up the good work BGP!!..
