Another day at Magnolia. What a cluster!*#!. Ordered multiple products via express only to get a reply stating we are out of everything you ordered but we have other selections. WTF is so dificult about keeping your online menu current? Your competition does a fine job at it. You raised all your prices so why cant you use one of your employees to maintain an accurate inventory? How about the lady that is standing around doing nothing? You know the one, short hair and glasses. Talks a lot.... does nothing. What is up with stone cold dude at the front desk? Not the friendly greeting I prefer. On the plus side.... very cool friendly security and budtenders. Quality meds that you have to go there and search for. I prefer express orders but I give up on that sillyness.

Good people and good meds if you know what you are looking for. Budtender recommendations have been sketchy. Big issue with express orders. Online concentrate menu is never accurate and the entire web ordering experience is a joke. The website is fine but the inventory control is not. I remain hopeful as they seem committed to the community.
