I have to say first of all, when you walk into a business it is true what they say: you only have one time to make a good first impression. What that said the two ladies that work in the front make the whole confusing signing up process a breeze. So you say if they are that helpful hmmmm wonder what more can I expect. As a new be I was welcomed with names and hand shakes, but what surprised me the most is when I got to meet the manager as well. He was behind the counter working like the others to where I figured he was just another employee. I have to say that shocked me because that is what lacks in most businesses today. The whole Florin Wellness crew made me feel like I was part of the family instantaneously. Thank you all and I will surely be back with more patients.
