Big Problem - As a 55 yo (medical cannabis user/connoisseur), I find your quality of flower products I've tried lower in grade compared to other dispensaries in the country to demand such high prices.
No strain you sell is recognizable to the trained individual who understands cross breeding, nor do any of the strain names correspond with name(s) origin, including flower(s) look, smell or taste.

Thus making all options to the untrained/uneducated a false or un-accurate representation of the product by using partial name recognition of favorite strains as a marketing ploy to sell bad weed at an exorbitant cost.

I can agree that the product is grown properly.
However, if it just has to be green with a few red hair and look ok, but taste like garbage, you sell for $85 (3.5g.). RIDICULOUS.

Simply put, street dealers have better original name strain quality flowers than you do. They sell (real) OG. (Real) Sour Diesel. Your Sour Diesel #4 is HORSE SHIT! WASTE OF MONEY!

To receive my future support I need to feel like I got my money's worth. To know I received the best medicine and care for my ailments spending hard earned dollars. This is the nations Capital and it deserves a world class cannabis pharmacy. Not a novelty weed store with resident members.

My opinion:
1. Your suppliers are amateur if what I've tried they consider high quality.
2. Your Product is Lesser in Quality than other dispensaries in the country with higher prices.
3. YOU ARE RIPPING THE CONSUMER OFF.

My recommendation:
1. VISIT SUPPLIERS AND SAMPLE. IF YOU EXHALE AND IT HAS NO FLAVOR OR TASTE. (MID-GRADE)
2. IF SOURCE CANNOT PROVIDE TOP QUALITY FLOWER TERMINATE AND FIND WHO CAN.
3. PROVIDE TOP QUALITY FLOWER TO AVOID UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS. LIKE ME.

In closing: I hope you will be able to supply the quality in the name of medical. If not, I will be a proponent for a change that will.
