Staff is always happy to educate, and very patient. Great location, being close to the airport and Santa Clara saves me a lot of time by not having to deal with all the traffic on I-280. Awesome selection of everything. Beautiful clones. The one I brought home is growing like a weed!!!!

Yerba Buena Collective (YB) - Valley FairUPDATE TO PRIOR REVIEW
After posting my prior review I called the YB and spoke with someone at 10th street location who patiently listened to my grievance. There wasn't much he could do over the phone but suggested I bring the cartridge in question in to the store. I'm glad I took the dive out there. There was something wrong with the cartridge I purchased. Bobbi at the 10th street location was very accommodating and made the situation right. He was a true professional, stood by his product, and when that product failed he turned a negative situation into a positive one.
This goes to show that customers need to speak up if not satisfied, just don't need to such a bitch as I was, sorry Bobbi, but thank you for your time
