"For the People!" that is the feeling I got after leaving this place. The prices of the medication from Citizen Collective fits the demographic of the location - does that make sense??? Inexpensive, but good quality meds tended by curtious staff with laid-back attitudes. It's kinda like those hella bomb ass hole-in-the-wall Chinese restaurants: small place, inexpensive meds, but hella satisfying! I loved the 5 gram 1/8's!! At first, I was like "for real???" LOL! Get the fuck outta here! Who does that??? CITIZEN!!! i recommend this joint for the peoples! : )

Boojee... Driving to my sister's place I saw this collective on the way. I made a U-turn so I can check it out; I get to the front door and security greets me right in front of the door, not moving out of my way so I can enter the through the door. "where's your script at?", he said. I pulled it out and showed him and he let me in. Then I was in front of a counter with a gentleman who was preoccupied. He finally looks up and just looks at me and finally says, "yes?". Already I was uncomfortable... I told him I wanted to buy medicine and he asked for my script, so I gave it to him. I was then asked if I had been there before and I said "no". His response? "Well, I'm gonna need an ID to go with this recommendation." So I give him my ID and he tells me to take a seat. A few minutes later, without looking up, I hear "Here's your stuff, go ahead and go through that doors (pointing)." I get up and go through the door and sit in another waiting/buying area. I noticed all the counters were full so I sat in the waiting portion of the room. My turn to the counter and I am helped by another gentleman who was not very helpful. After talking to him and getting "I don't know" as an answer, I learned he was a volunteer working for meds... Nice............................... I left without making a donation. Fancy shmancy place with no personality.

So I get in the front door and the cleanliness of this place is surprising (considering the outside appearance)! I was greeted by a Security guard, very polite and he gave the necessary forms for me to fill out as a first timer. As i sit and wait with other patients, I have access to reading material and I can watch cable television. I waited for about 20 minutes while my recommendation was being verified and I waited a few minutes longer until my name was called; I finally made it to the medicine area and was blown away by the set-up. I felt like a kid in a candy store! So many selections to choose from, it was a bit overwhelming - from candy bars to clones!! But I realized then, that the wait time in the lobby was justified by the helpful staff. The gal that assisted me was able to answer all my questions, she was patient with me when I asked her to compare the different strains, and she even recommended another dispensary who carried the specific strain I was looking for. Totally not what I expected from a dispensary. This place is definitely about quality - I love it!! They may not have had the strain I was really looking for, but I had no second thoughts about donating money for some Skywalker OG to this dispensary. Needless to say, I left happy and satisfied - the security guard even walked me out to make sure I made to my car safely!
