SPARCSparc it up
I love this place. The only reason I am not giving it the full five is the unfortunate location. To get there you have to walk through some sketchy ass people and the overwhelming smell of urine is not a turn on. However, Sparc staff is friendly, especially the door person. I love the free gram on your birthday rule too! They have the pre-rolled packages for variety where I haven't seen anywhere else. Up to 6 different strains and and strength which is great. They are clean and organized, and most definitely recommend for any new patient as a go to place in SF.

This is one of my favorite strains. It is super sweet smelling and tasting, mellow vapor. It is almost like froot loops cereal sweet. One of the happiest and most euphoric highs. It is short lasting however. This was great for anxiety. I was immediately in a much much better mood after a couple of hits. However, you will have to hit it a few times to make it last. Very clean.

Harborside Health Center - OaklandSimply the Best
I go almost exclusively to HHC for my medicine. I have never had a bad experience there. Sure, there have been a couple of times where a staff member wasn't 100% on their game, but they always came through. The selection has always been decent from strain to pricing and their edibles are effing delicious. They even have vegan options. Security is great, I always feel well taken care of.
With their new retail section I can get my pipe cleaners, screens, bowls and wicks whenever I go. One stop shop with great product and service. Cannot recommend these guys enough!

This was a super fast high. I only do vapo, and took three hits in a row and immediately I felt super bright effect. I felt like my eyeballs were huge right away. It was a very energetic high, long lasting. It may have been a little too much too quickly, but if you need to function and have lots of things to get done...this is a good strain.
It made it a little hard to concentrate at first, but then it mellowed out into a very focused high. very sweet taste, nice burn. I am still feeling the effects the following day, semi high THC count. I believe it was at least 15%.
dry eyes was the minor side effect.
