​As a twenty-year-old male patient I can honestly say, I have successfully been using cannabis to treat my migraines and sleep insomnia for almost 6 years now. Only recently have laws changed in our region that allow for most district residents to qualify for Medical Marijuana. From the first moment I called Metropolitan Wellness Center and decided to apply for medical cannabis they were there to guide me and make the process as painless as possible. Once I received my Medical card, I headed to Metropolitan Wellness Center where their staff happily guided me in with smiles. Let me tell you, Metropolitan Wellness Center and their staff seems to be amongst the best in the business. Not only do they have a wide variety of very helpful products, but also they are extremely knowledgeable and will take the time to explain the type of product they have to provide you with. Trust me, if you have a question about Cannabis they have an answer! To me, it seems more like a passion for them more than a job. They have a bunch of high quality all organic products available; from the nicest cannabis buds you’ve every seen, to edible tinctures that are great for patients that don’t like to smoke cannabis. This medicine does wonders, it take away all the pain I get from my migraines that I now get from past concussions during football. It also effectively cures my insomnia; I wake up in the morning with eight hours of sleep, happy as a bird! As a happy Patient I will continue to come back to Metropolitan wellness Center for his long as I live in DC.
