Warning! Do not go there! The staff are so rude, inconsiderate, and devoid of any compassion, it can only be explained because they are products of their environment.
I live in Mexico, where the people are so warm and friendly, and their way of thinking is so lovely.
When I come to visit California, and especially Oakland, the vibe is just awful. I will never go to Purple Heart again, as I told them this morning. They can have their ghetto, and live in their fetid sewer, as I am returning to Mexico on Saturday.
There are plenty of good dispensaries out there, and this I would put at the very bottom of the list.
Save your time, effort, and your peace of mind and stay away from Oakland, and Purple Heart!
