This is not very strong, but that was no surprise - the CCC staff were clear that they did not recommend this if you wanted strong medicine.
HOWEVER I opened up the cartridge and discovered that it contains wax, not oil. It is inaccurate to call this an oil cartridge.

This is an edited review. I think I got a bad batch or something, or smoked the wrong pot, on my first review.
Since then I have smoked this stuff many times and I can say that is a great, dank, devastatingly powerful strain. Really strong body effects, both good and bad: stimulating, almost arousing tingling. But a dry mouth and bloodshot eyes.
It is a very dank, smelly bud. It smokes like pine sol, so don't inhale too quickly. You will cough. You will get stoned. And your energy level will ROCKET up and then slowly coast down to a nice, mellow state of relaxation. It's almost like a trip.

Capital City Care is a great dispensary, though admittedly the only one I have ever used. They have some issues with keeping a large amount of stock in the store, but knowing that DC requires all weed to be grown in the tiny district means this is no surprise. They have quality stuff, well labeled, and a very accurate online menu. And their staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

This one has all of the perks of a nice sativa without any of the drawbacks, at least for me. My eyes do not dry out, my mouth does not dry out, and smoking it provides an energetic buzz. No need to end your night after you smoke this. You will become more social and alert.
