This strain is very relaxing. It's excellent for giving me a calm sense of focus and an increase in energy. I recommend it if you happen to suffer, as I do, with anxiety disorder due to depression. I feel my best when I consume in the morning and evening, or anytime I need a calming feeling. I should have purchased more!
