Great taste, highly-effective, long-lasting. I'm on the smaller side, so I only consume a half serving at a time. It completely relaxed my body, especially my muscles. It also helped temporarily relieve tension in my back. Lots of clarity, mind wise. Canna Crisp serving lasted about 6 hours for me. Definitely worth checking out.
