I used a bit and found the effect to give me a heady Sativa feeling but calming feeling in my body. It was great in allowing me to sit still for a long afternoon. ( It helps my ADHD. I would recommend it for anyone who has difficulty focusing on a single task for a long duration. I like the clear head I was able to maintain.
