It is important to me that I comment on my experience yesterday (1-15-15) at CCC. I am brand new to this entire approach of holistic healthcare. I called prior to visiting and spoke to Scott. I explained that I had unique needs and therefore had a list of questions to ask. He was very professional, patient, and thorough. He offered several possible solutions in order to help me feel more comfortable and prepared for my visit. He admitted that he likely wouldn't be there to help me as he was on his way out, but assured me that he would notify the others of my needs. Everything about the process was exactly as he'd described it. Very friendly staff were waiting for me and took care of me just as Scott had promised. Lady M. gave VIP customer care and I'd be remiss to not let everyone know. Many thanks and Kudos to the PEOPLE at CCC.
