Lets get real here in Philly Pennsylvania we just decriminalize small amounts 30 grams or less to a ticket and fine. Dispensaries will start shipping with independent carriers as they do now. Discretion is the key for the entrepreneurs that want to get ahead of the curve. Take Pennsylvania here we have no medical laws yet were decriminalizing small amounts. Talk about the tail waging the dog... yikes |
