INSIGHT WITH STARTING OUT IN A MEDICAL DISPENSARY

My name is David, I'm 22. I'm from a small town; Wood River, about 20 minutes from St Louis. I've always been an advocate of the medical benefits marijuana can offer. I'm a helpful, dedicated person for this cause and I'm wondering how I could get in this specific medical field with no experience. I envision, when more laws have been implemented or whatnot to start working in a dispensary, getting to know and understand the customers needs, as to the illness they're suffering from, and which solution would be most accustomed to their needs. Ive always been interested in the cultivating aspects of the plant so I could decide to take that route in the future. I'm just looking to help, and educate people about the wonders of cannabis any help would be awesome, thanks.
