What is the difference between Indica and Sativa?

Indica- more of the “body high”, more lethargic, usually associated with nighttime use, used for chronic or severe pain and muscle spasms.

Sativa- more energetic, the euphoric “high” feeling, more in the head as apposed to a body high, giggly usual associated with sativa. Used to treat epilepsy and used for their anti-inflammatory properties.

Sativas and high THC can be good for nausea and appetite issues.

Indicas are good for anti-anxiety issues.

I think it is just as important to take note of the levels of THC, CBD, CBN, and the other various cannabinoids; as well as whether it is an Indica or a Sativa.

INDICA & SATIVA AND WOMEN AND SEX

Very important side note info here... I have been using the Herb for longer than a lot, and in
MY LIFETIME I hear One story again and again, regarding MEN, WOMEN, SEX & Strains of pot.
The story I hear, again and again goes like this

"I gave my Wife/Girlfriend this POT, and SHE Freaked out, and said,

"Im never taking ANY pot again" (and these women never smoked again)

(and blah blah blah.)

I then say...

"let me guess; You brought out some SATIVA at bedtime?
And They SAY

"HOW DID YOU KNOW???"
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Sativa and Women and sex don't mix.
I know this is a generalization and everyone will groan
But hear me out.
I'm older than Methuzila. Who ever that was
And If I had A Million for every time I heard this story.
Let's just say, I have heard this story a lot.

Indica is for the Body

and only for SEX

Women tend to live in their heads too much, when it comes to sex.

They need to 'let go'
