CBD dosage (chronic pain) I am baffled

I want to try the CBD protocol for chronic pain only to find out there is no protocol. Try as I may to find an answer online I cannot figure out how much I should be taking. Edibles; with using Sativa strain for sleep.

You might try Cheeba Chews pure CBD taffy. Each box has I think 5 marks on it, each segment being a dose. It's virtually non-psychoactive so you could probably do a half or even a whole one without the risk of getting too high. I've only ever taken about half a dose though so use discretion.

Just experiment to determine the amount needed to alleviate YOUR symptom. You will not find a magical formula on-line as everyone's pain is different. Don't worry ............... you are not going to OD on weed.

Sativas are known to be somewhat energizing and are best for daytime; Indicas are known to be sedating and are generally advised for nighttime use. For me when eating edibles, I think of 10mg THC as one dose (moderately mild) and I know that I can handle 10 - 15 mgs of THC without getting uncomfortably high. When taking something with CBD, I aim to get as many mgs of CBD into me without going over 10mgs of THC. That's how I do it but keep in mind that everyone is different and IANAD. Go slow and give your edible a minimum of 90 minutes before upping your dose. Hope that helps.
