Can a person under the age of 18 with a cannabis card go into the dispensaries such as the vapor room or purple lotus or harborside? any club really? i would think so because it's all in order to be doing that. i mean how else would one obtain their medicine?

Some dispensaries are 18+. I know Harborside allows minors with recommendations though!

Yes, with a doctor's recommendation. A dispensary is the best place (besides directly from the farm!) to acquire organic, tested, safe, cannabis medicine. Yes?
Terminally ill patients often receive such high quality medicine for free from compassionate care centers. Health care is a private matter and doctors need top quality medicine to provide safely to their patients. The best dispensaries feel clean, well lit, comfortable and safe, just like place of healing should be.
Call ahead to the dispensary. Consider visiting the best in person....

I work for Harborside Health Center and I can tell you that our policy is that minors (anyone under 18) must be accompanied by their parent or guardian every time they purchase medicine.
We definitely empathize with the reality that many people under the age of 18 suffer from conditions that may only be alleviated with medical cannabis, and that they certainly should have access to that medicine. we also recognize that a person under 18 is not legally responsible for their actions and thus we establish a policy that enables patients access tot heir medicine and eliminates the possibility of dispensing medicine to unsupervised minors.

Yes, Most should. You May need to have a caregiver form set up though. I know at Green Hope Patient Network they allow if you have an adult present. it really is just a gray area that needs color

Here in Colorado, we also use the same policy that Ombudsman mentioned. You can come in, but you have to have your MMJ License (referred to as a "Red Card" here in Colorado), and you have to be accompanied by your parent or legal guardian, just like with most businesses (docs offices, apartments for rent, etc.)
