Atmos Rx The New Trippy Stick?

While the Omricon has been doing very well, has anyone heard about the Atmos RX? Apparently they make pure oil carts for it as well now, and I have even heard rumors that the Omricon fillable carts will work on the Atmos!

If anyone can update on the Atmos and it's reliability I would appreciate it. I messed up once with the Ivapor, and I do not want to make that mistake ever again!

Ya the atoms is a Omicron knock off. They even knocked off our old glycerin cartridges but are somehow claiming magical numbers that are impossible.

THC - Are the carts for the Atmos pure THC Oil or use the Cotton like the IVapor? Also what kind of hits do they boast?

I am not going to buy either right now, but I just want to get some info on it.

Atmosrx is not copying anyone, they have a superior product, they just don't think fill your own carts is user friendly as of now, its cool Omicron made it, atoms has a better battery and sell thousands of products every month, they don't sweat omicron. And for the ivapor users who got screwed over they are offering a trade in of old Ivapors for new atmosrx for $35+ shipping, just to make things right. I'll be here to discuss anything about the atmos I have one and use omicron carts.

ummm, don't the atmos and omicron use the same batteries in the end? And if you wanted, you could get them with different capacities (typically 650mah, 900mah, or 1100mah. think there is one higher too).

Trying to market one having a better battery than the other isn't the way to go.

The main difference between the two is that the atmos cartridges use glycerin.

That said, anyone know where atmos carts are sold in SF? Always curious to try things out.

I think it's better that they are the price of a high end e cig, which is what these things are, and the only reason atoms isn't bigger in Cali is they are based in Florida, but they do have the market it Colorado, I've heard they're in almost every club there. And they are willing to help out the ivapor customers who are stuck with a hundred dollar paper weight.

I could be wrong, but when I take a step back and look, I think it's fine that I come on a forum and express my opinion, and argue and whatnot, but from a business standpoint, what is the point? Are you guys that mad? Let the users argue to one another, because it's not like atmos has someone and their company who does goes on forums, I don't think many companies do, that's what their website is for. I think it's because you guys use constant forum use as the primary source of sales. Whatever works for you. People will always try and save a dollar, that's what I did, that's what I'm going to advocate.

I just got an atmos vaporizer and 2 cartridges at Vapor Room in SF today and it is awesome. My friend has an omicron vaporizer and it is exactly the same as my atmos except his was more expensive. Not sure why. I don't know why omicron says there product is superior when it is literally the same vaporizer but with an empty cart and still cost more than the atmos with 2 carts filled and ready to go. I was reluctant to get one after trying my other friends ivapor "trippy stick" with a so-called "cookies" cart that didn't get any of us high but this atmos one really does the trick. I'm stoked to have held out until these guys could make an e-cig style vaporizer that actually works and is worth the dough!

I also tried the gentleman's thc stick from apothecarium and it is pure garbage. Total placebo.

The reason why the Omicron appears more expensive is that you get 2 batteries with it, not just one like the AtmosRX.
- The Omicron has been designed from the beginning to vaporize pure extracts and it is patented.

You don't even have to buy an atmos kit, for less than 70-80 dollars you can just buy the battery and charger, so that is way cheaper than the omicron. And you claim atmos isn't compatible with omicron cartridges? Why wouldn't they be? The threading is there to lock in place and the battery gives electricity to the cartridge. How does that get messed up? Do different brand e cig cartridges not work with other batteries? No any 510 cartomizer will work with any 510 battery, same thing here, you can't change how it works.

Read his post Dave, he said the second unit is for use while the other one charges, not because it's going to break sooner.

There should only be very rare times your battery runs out and you want to smoke, because you should charge it while not using it, or when you think it's getting low so you don't have that situation, it's just some battery responsibility. And it does not take 3 hours to charge an atmos battery. I don't time it, but I'm pretty sure it's like 1 hour, maybe 2 at most if it's completely dead.

Don't you have some more hating to do? Why are you even on forums just self proclaiming all of these things. Just have a legit site where people can actually get information, or do you not have money for that? I don't like that you have no information on your website , but instead just post on forums and refute what others have to say and bash other products. Leave that up to the users.

Sorry, the website has gotten better. And sorry for the triple posts, things just pop in my head after I post. But the only reason I have an atmos and not an omicron, besides the obvious price factor is because one night I was set on getting one of these vape pen things, I did research and at that time there was not much on the atmos being compatible with omicron, at least to my knowledge. I was going to buy on omicron and went to checkout on the website, it took to me pay pal entered my information, it was all correct and it would not me pay and had some fucked up technical problems and that's never happened before. I even think I saw that happen to someone else. I ended up getting the atmos after research the next day.

omicron's battery has more juice so of course it will take longer to charge...i rather let my omicron battery completely drain b4 letting it fully charge...seems like it will increase the life of it...and you never know when the battery will lose juice depending on if your out and about away from a power source...its happened to me quite a few times with iVapor and also omicron before i received my 2nd one. Sometimes I forget to charge things at night (cellphones, wireless mouse/keyboard) especially when i'm stoned or fall asleep and when i wake up in the morning i'm fucked with devices i can't use. Having 2 omicrons makes it foolproof. Also you can easily hit 2 different kinds of oil at once...i do that alot vaping oil and top it off with some sour wax...also when friends come over we can both have an omicron to hit without taking turns...there's absolutely no reason not to have 2.

Except for the price. Not everyone has couple hundred dollars to invest on a new smoking tool. And not everyone is going to use it enough to need 2 batteries. If you are a person who doesn't charge your stuff, then get 2 batteries, but do you have 2 batteries for your phone? And as for battery life, as long as they are guaranteed for a year, who cares if letting it completely drain before charging will increase battery life, which no one really knows.

I see no need for an extra battery. Not like I need an extra cellphone while my other one charges overnight! I have been hitting my Atmos for a couple days straight and it still hasn't died. I like the idea of re-fillable cartridges like the omicron ones but wouldn't pay $50 for 5 of them that is a total rip-off! Even the single omicron unit is $179 on their website and Atmos is $89. Atmos also sells empty 5-packs of carts for $16.99, not $50. The omicron cartridges work just fine in the atmos as well. Someone tell us why we should pay double for the same thing.

Not sure if those atmos cartridges have cotton or not...probably cotton so i wouldn't pay 1 cent for those.

If your good at remembering when to charge after 3 or so days of vaping thats cool...i would use my iVapor and 3-4 days would go by thinking i could get a 5th day of use and suddenly its dead...then have to wait 2-3 hours...and thats if i happen to be at home to charge it

and yes i used to keep 2 batteries for my phone...smartphones can drain in less than a day so if u forget to charge every night (it happens) an extra battery is a lifesaver

So-Dave_country Man, how much smaller is the atmos battery. I would prefer to buy from omicron, but I like the idea of the shorter battery.

From what I've read about Omicron-it's 3.5 inches. How long is the atmos?

Also, when equipped with an Omicron cartridge, will the atmos still fit in the various carying cases that atmos sells? Or are the Omicron cartridges longer than the atmos ones? Those look pretty handy, especially the clip on ones.

i really like the omicron but dislike that its silver

can someone confirm that they fit and work no problems? or will there be leaks and any known problems

One review I have read on Atmos is that the pen is rounded on the end for a blue light. You can't stand it upright like an Omicron. Also, the cigar sized end lights up rather than just the button of an Omicron. You will need to charge your Atmos more often and it is less discreet.

It's not less discreet because of the light. A lot of e cigs have those, I actually like it, because my finger Is over the button, that light tells me when to stop holding the button, the light also tells when the battery is dead. As far as long the atmos is compared to the omicron, idk, but I have fit omicron cartridges in my atmos case. I get what your saying about the light and having to charge more, but it can't make much of a difference, most of the power of the battery is going to go to the heating element in the cartridge. With that light the atmos will not stand straight up, but I have never needed a reason for it to. If I want the cartridge to be upright for filling or something, I just put my female oil dome top around it, and it's not gonna go anywhere.

Vansky.... Omicron carts just screw in the atmos and are ready. There should be no leaking issues unless there is user error with the cartridge. So if it leaks in the atmos, it would leak in an omicron. I have had minimal leakage problems, and that was with runny oil and the first cartridges, I think this is the 3rd version cartridges being sold now. Correct me if I'm wrong, I could be. I have not had leaking problems with the last pack of cartridges I got at all, they are getting noticeably different. You can even tell by how far the mouth hole is from the top of the cartridge, in the older ones it's closer to the top, new ones seem to be down a centimeter or two.

It has just come down in price, a lot.

There is also one called Eureka Vapor and its all over LA and OC. I got one and it works great. It's not like the other cartridges, they work.. You get a strong taste and feel it In your lungs.. But know smell so no one knows I'm smoking in the bar.. I love this new pen.

I got both the Omicron and the Atmos and I was not happy at all with both of them. So, if you want to get a quality portable vaporizer that does what it says it's suppose to do, then get the STEALTH HYBRID. I am in love with this thing.

We use the newest trippy stick version sold on atmosthermo website which sells all atmos items as well as a nonbranded trippy. It is an exact same trippy stick non branded also like Original but not branded as there was legal/trademark issues the guys said. They all have NO CARTRIDGE. They upgraded me and my buddy to XL free and did 2@200. Normally trippys go at higher prices up to $180 each. somtimes $120-160, but that's the name your paying for and same quality. Infact my trippy battery went out on the regular and chamber the original would not guarantee. I bought three trippys: regular, xl and also the digital.... Same version no cartridge, just a chamber loadable with your waxes and oils from atmosthermo and they guarantee batteries for 6 months.
