Will Weed Quality Get Better or Worse in Canada?

I'm wondering how Trudeau legalizing marijuana might effect quality of the Canadian strains. I was just thinking about this as I was reading about the Hell's Angels protesting the legalization because they feel it's going to leave them out of work:

So the question is who has the better weed - the Hell's Angels or the government? LOL
