Please help

My wife is 38 years old. We live in Maryland there is no dispensarys in Maryland only in DC
My wife is diagnosed with fibromaylgia arthritus. She is suffering everyday. She is tried to medicinal marijuana and it works but we just don't have a card. The doctors prescribe the same pills just up the dosage and they don't work. The pills make her drowsy sometimes falling when walking she now walks with a cane even vomiting. We can't have a medical card because I drivers license is not washington district of columia

CURAPHEN is an NSAID that is herbal, not aspirin or tylenol based. So she could still alternate with advil, tylenol and aleve if her stomach can handle it.
I have her same diagnosis. I find anxiety and fatigue go hand in hand with fibro. And I have to say, my drug of choice is still vodka. I think that's legal in MD, no?
