Help me

I have a Eureka disposable pen, the battery has been fully charged(actually have 3 battery's) and it is not giving any vapor when I hit it. I have tried to move the battery inside and also moved the little middle peice a little bit with a paper clip and it's still not hiring. Any other things that it could be? Could it be a wick? I have had it like 2 days but haven't hit it that much, there is still a pretty good amount of wax inside.

Exchange it. I get a defective one about every 3-4 carts,, sometimes it will work for a little while and stop, sometimes out the box it's broke.
