CO2 Pre Fil Stopped Working

I have a couple 1g Bhang sticks. I have a hybrid and an Indica. They were purchased separately. They suddenly stopped working yesterday. I remove and switch between them often as I only have one battery. The cap where you put your mouth popped up and I popped it back on. Is there something I am missing? Did the heating element die? They are both over 75% full.

Any ideas or help would be great!

They use a cheap knock-off clone supplier in China and because of that, they have a lot of hardware failures. They should stick to candy bars.
