I typically use the infused honey in my morning smoothies and evening tea. With the CBD variety I definitely feel my body and mind relax and I become a lot less tense. My muscles feel a little more fluid, my joints less achey, and my mind less anxious. When taking before sleep, I definitely notice that I have a deeper, uninterrupted sleep and typically my body feels great in the morning.
