These space rocks are awesome!! They are very potent so a little goes a long way but if you need a little extra strength medicine these space rocks will do the trick. Definite pain killer and will also help with those who suffer from insomnia. Remember that a little goes a long way and you don't need to be heavy handed with these super potent space rocks but, I would def suggest then to someone with joint pain or muscle pain because it worked wonders for me.
