Picture yourself far out in the woods, with the cool dusk settling into the tops of the trees--not quite light any more, but not yet all the way the dark. This strain falls into that same kind of liminal space that comes with a certain comfortable darkness, not totally devoid of light, but also not a bright experience. The heaviness of this smoke balances out the creative feminine aspects of the strain with just a touch of masculine energy.

Purgatory evokes the feeling of reclining into a leather easy chair by the fireside in a smokey drawing room. It lends itself well to contemplating the patterns in the expansive smoke, which comes with notes of tobacco and a sweet musk. Like a cozy cabin in the woods, the experience is mellow and meditative with room for applied creative potential.
