Blue Jesus is exactly what the name suggests: the cross of Blueberry and Jesus OG. With the heavy Sativa influence from the Jesus OG, this strain tends towards the cerebral side, but still has some of the relaxing body effects of an Indica. The buds are slightly fluffy, olive green with ribbons of orange hairs and a few protruding sugar leaves. The aroma is sweet and kushy, with the fruity blueberry notes coming through.

The smoke has a smooth, light and mild flavor. The first wave of effects include a nice, tingly head rush that extends through the body as well. The high is euphoric with an uplifting buzz that is both clearheaded and a bit spacey. With just enough heaviness to leave you feeling relaxed and chill, this is a great choice for when you need to be alert and active, but also want some light relief and euphoria. Not overly intense, this is perfect medicine for a nice fat joint with friends--ideally enjoyed outdoors on a lovely San Francisco afternoon.
