moderately effective for my kind of sleep problem

I have to get up multiple times during the night. I found the Sleep pen to be fairly effective in helping me fall back asleep once I was awake. In the past I had just tossed and turned, trying to get back to sleep, but with this vape, I can fall asleep again most of the time.

I tried it out as an alternative to sleeping pills; the pills still help me to sleep the whole night through, and this vape doesn't do that for me. But if it's the middle of the night, I don't want to take a sleeping pill and sleep for the next eight hours. This pen is a nifty addition to my medicine cabinet for a very specific kind of sleep problem that pills aren't good for.

Sometimes pills leave me groggy in the morning; not so with this pen. Also, interesting side-effect: pretty out there dreams. Nothing scary, nothing intense -- but definitely some creative, unique dreams -- which I find appealing.

Will I buy it again? Yes. It's going in my medicine cabinet not to replace my sleeping pills, but to deal with my need to fall asleep again in the middle of the night.
